Perfect Teeth - Four Hills

I recently moved here from Denver and I had my first visit at this Perfect Teeth location last week. I couldn't bee happier with this office! The entire staff was exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable and kind. Their facility was modern and very clean. My temperature was checked before I entered the lobby. I was very impressed and I highly recommend this dentist office!

We moved here last year. I called my well funded insurance for matching dentists in their network in July 2021. Perfect teeth was listed as "in network". They agreed over the phone that, yes, they work with my insurance. They scheduled us for December, which seemed extreme, but a couple others we called also had long delays, so we accepted it. In December, things came up and we called to delay the appointments and they pushed our appointments back to April 5th. Again, a crazy push back of the appointments.

On April 5th I showed up, and the front desk handed me a "survey" that was basically a sales pitch for all their elective dental products (i.e., are you happy with your smile and would you like to talk to someone about straightening?") The tech then told me she needed x-rays. She kept having to retake them, and after at least 14 painful x-rays with a heavy metal bar pushing against my upper palette, she told me she was done. She then informed me that I would need scaling and a deep clean. Fine, understood. Except she then said my insurance wouldn't pay for it and I'd owe $861 out of pocket. Ummm, no. I have expensive insurance and secured an "in network" dentist for that reason. And the only reason I needed a deeper clean is because of the delays in getting my teeth cleaned.

I called my wife who said to cancel her and the kid's appointments immediately. She called another dentist who got us in THE NEXT WEEK, is also in network and would make sure they didn't do work that wasn't covered by our insurance without talking to us.

I've never had a dentist under this insurance network that charged me hundreds of dollars extra for normal work. I've had four dentists under this insurance in multiple states over the last 10 years and never ran into this issue.

Reception staff was friendly and helpful.
Hygienist was thorough, gentle and explained everything.
Doc was friendly and took time to answer questions.
I felt well cared for after this visit.

A great staff of professional, yet friendly, dental care providers. As someone who typically hates going to the dentist, the staff at Perfect Teeth make each of my visits as pleasant as possible.

Horrible front office customer service. Got rescheduled three times plus the first visit was never even booked in their system. Their lack of professionalism in front office is thr first encounter new customers have and they have a lot of work to do if they expect to keep their clients much less gain new ones.

The staff was very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!

A dentist is only as good as his support staff. That being said, this place is definitely lacking. Teresa has no initiative and zero empathy. It took three days to get my insurance coverage confirmed, including two attempts of the insurance company to contact they're office on my behalf. For an "Emergency" appointment. I am disabled, with severe mobility issues, and in pain, which I repeatedly told her.
Over three day, she did not return calls or inform me as to progress made confirming my insurance information, this included two attempts from Blue Cross and Blue Shield to reach her. When my insurance was finally confirmed, (because of my diligence). she cancelled my appointment for being 10 minutes late, when I told her I was in the parking lot, I had just parked on the wrong side of the building, tooth hurting I cried I was almost to the door. But wasn't she actually 3 days late first? She has no business working on EMERGENCIES!

I love this Perfect Teeth dental office! I have gone here for years, and have always gotten excellent treatment. Everyone is friendly and caring. Dr. Tom Lantz is the best! I highly recommend it.

Crown fell off the day before Christmas party, they got me in on an emergency, sent me to another dentist to do root canal the same day. Went back to perfect teeth to get temporary crown 2 hours before Christmas party. They rock. They were very professional excellent work.

The dental hygienist is very nice she does a very good job cleaning my teeth and the other staff members are very friendly, a great team.
