I cannot say enough good things about this dentist office. Dr. Patterson is great! She and the whole team there are super friendly and welcoming; I was really nervous about the dental work I had to get done but they helped calm my fears and everything went great. :) If you have an emergency like I did, they’ll work with you to get you in there as soon as they can. The office is clean, they’re very sanitary, they’re taking all the COVID precautions. They’re great to work with. I highly recommend going here for all of your dental needs. :)

The courtesy, professionalism, and compassion is stellar. I'd give more stars but it only has 5. I had a toothache, and within minutes of walking in as a new patient I was in a chair, had x-rays, and a treatment plan. Dr. Patterson and her entire staff went above and beyond the usual rude, inept attitudes that have been passing for providing medical care in recent years. I look forward to my future care in this outstanding clinic.

Got all my top teeth taken out so I can get a new set of teeth on the top.. they were sooo nice and made sure I felt as little pain as possible. I've never had a dentist in my life make sure I was comfortable like they did today. You know how dentists usually just shove the needles in to give you the shots to numb you? These people were going super slow, and tried to numb me as much as possible to make the shots on the roof of my mouth hurt less.. I've never had a dentist be this nice and accommodating to me and my needs as an individual. Thank you. TruCare!! I'm excited to recieve my new teeth and feel like a brand new person🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

I enjoyed my visit with Natasha. She was great! Very friendly. Great at what she does with the cleaning. She was very detail and quality focused as she worked to remove teeth stains that I would never see in the mirror!
Nov 2022 Review:
I'm a little delayed in writing my review from my past visits with TruCare Dental. My dental hygienist was Natasha for the past visits, and she has been fantastic. She did my descalings as I did not go to the dentist for two years due to COVID-19. When administering the anesthesia prior to descaling, she only administered the minimum needed to minimize pain while allowing the numbness to go away quickly afterwards. After the descaling, at my next check up, she was very thorough in making sure my teeth were clean of any coffee stains. I recall that she went back a second time just to make sure my teeth were stain free. Thank you Natasha! I'll make an effort to write a review more promptly next time!

Woman dentist pulled my infected two teeth out knowing that anesthetic doesn’t hold while you have such a severe infection. I felt every OZ of those extractions. It was barbaric and inhumane. The true kicker was i was told to take ibuprofen after she had me in complete and utter tears. No pain meds after I felt the entire extractions because numbing wasn’t touching the pain. I ran so fast out of that office. Don’t let Dr.Zimmer or whatever her name is touch your teeth if you are getting them pulled. I’ve never had an extraction done this way & im reporting the entire office to Medicaid for inhumane treatment. The ER had to give me medication to control my pain. Even the ER doctor said she should have known better. If I could give negative stars I would.
