Been with this location for about 10yrs. Called today to make an appointment and got forwarded to corporate. Corporate told me this location is closed till further notice and have no idea IF they will open again. BUT they will leave a message for them to contact me to schedule an appointment if they do open!! Thats of no help to me! I'm disappointed I was not notified as a long-term term patent with this company and location that they were closing down. Now I have to look for another dentist provider.

I’ve been with Perfect Teeth at the Fourth Street location for over 20 years and always have had a positive experience. Everyone has always been friendly and professional, hardly any wait time. I’m very sad that this location will be closing it’s doors for good soon, everyone here took away my fear of going to the Dentist.

My experience with this clinic has been excellent. Patty, my hygienist, does great work and is very kind. The staff at this location are also friendly and helpful every time I've gone in, and the office is clean and cheerful.

This place is a negative star for me.. avoid this at all cost!! very bad experience!!. I made my first visit a year ago, they checked my insurance and it was fine, I paid some amount because my insurance would only cover so much for the procedures that needed to be done, which was fine. I thought it was taken care of, but just recently I received a letter in the mail from this place saying I owed the full amount because my insurance denied the claim. I called my insurance and they told me they didn't receive any claim when they checked my file. My insurance called them and it turned out that my claim was sent somewhere else. Problem was they didn't even bother to inform me about the situation, and this visit was from a year ago. Very unprofessional!! OMG!!

This place is horrible! The dentist didn’t do what they were supposed to do the. I was sent to another facility. They were charging me when my insurance was paying for it! Charged my credit card unnecessarily then took forever to credit my card! RIP OFF!
Avoid this place and the other place on Lomas!

We've been with this office for over a year. They put my husband on a 'gum' program for recall every 4 months. He got a notice for an appointment and they also did a teeth cleaning. Unfortunately, our insurance covers teeth cleanings every 6 months. I called to question the charge and timing on appointments. I was told this office didn't care or check on insurance coverage periods. I told them that we cared and should have been notified. She also told me if we wanted to cancel all our appointments with them, then we should do so. Well.....we're not with this practice any more. Be sure to check on insurance information for each and every appointment.

I had a Friday afternoon dental emergency, and she didn't hesitate to have me come in so that she could assist in anyway she could to make me comfortable and so that I didn't have to spend the weekend in pain. Her bedside manner is impeccable, and she really seems to care about her patients as individuals and not just a job or a monetary figure. Thank you Dr Leary for all your help your kindness,and taking my pain away!
