I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service from this location. My son had a scheduled appointment for a cleaning and a very expensive whitening that was all going to be paid for out of pocket, and his appointment was given away simple because when the confirmation call came in the day before and there was no answer (and a message was not left). I work for an optometrist office and I have never given a patient's appointment away simply because I wasn't able to confirm it. We always give them the benefit of the doubt. I am beyond appalled.

Got recommended by a friend to come here for a bad toothache and couldn't get in to see my regular dentist until August. Thankfully I was able to get seen here today. That staff is very friendly and the dentist was amazing. I am definitely switching dentists and sticking with Summit!!! Thank you for helping me!!
