Sundance Dental & Orthodontics

Staff is very professional, great personalities. Dr. Witham is an excellent dentist. I usually dread going to the dentist but I don't at Sundance.

Very poor customer service, I had fillings done on the 30th of Nov. Was numb for close to 8 hours. Once the Novocaine wore off I had significant pain, Couldn't even chew gum on the left side of my mouth. Hot and cold were excruciating. After contacting the country club office I was told I could not see any other Doctor and dr Torno had nothing available. I ask the receptionist if she would please have the hygienist call me so i could ask her some questions never heard from anyone.They offered me an appointment for several days out at a time I could not make due to my work schedule, I was placed on hold for 5 min to get rescheduled, ( finally had to hang up as i was at work). I waited several more days and contacted the Bloomfield office, Was told the exact same thing.. Except this time the receptionist told me the office manager would talk with the dentist and call me back..... Its been over a week and still no phone call. I have since found a knew dentist who has referred me to a specialist because i need a root canal. Very very disappointed in the customer service there.... On a better note the dental assistant and thy hygienist I saw prior to my feelings were wonderful

Tammy Hemmingson is awesome!!!! We have been seeing her as a hygienist since 2013! I love this office and our dentists! My kids and husband see Dr. Tornow and I see Dr. Schmutz...they are both awesome with the kids and us! Thank you Sundance for making our smiles brighter!

Horribly disappointing experience. Unknown at the time a year ago, I had an infection in my gums, Dr Withem brushed it off as tooth sensitivity, which leads to currently now needing a root canal no thanks to him. I went in for root canal, anxiety over the pain Dr Withem gave me options and left, not much for discussion. I choose option 1, an additional $500, I decide not. No further discussion or going over options again, I was given a referral elsewhere (no idea why) and lead out the door. Mind you after choosing option 1, Dr Withem never came back to speak to me again, no explanation and no guidance. Disappointed and dismissed.

I am a new patient. Everybody there was very kind, I got in on time and the tech who did the X-rays along with the hygenist who checked me out and cleaned my teeth were very gentle and thorough. Im glad I went here.

I would like Dr. Oz for getting back with on my last review. He is the best. I couldn't get to the office before they closed amd he was willing to wait for me to go in at 6:30pm. I told him that's to late he has a family to get home to. He is seeing me tomorrow. Ur the BEST Dr

I had a very large gap in my top front two teeth. I went to Sundance dental and the dentist took his time, fixed my gap and I walked out with a whole new smile. I am very pleased with what the dentist did for my smile. He takes pride in what he doing. Thank you Sundance dental.

Dr. Oz and my hygienist Taylor were AMAZING! The entire office staff from the moment I checked in until I walked out the door were so nice and very helpful. I left there feeling very confident in the services I received.
