Calls to the office are answered promptly without being put on hold or transfered to other extentions. Appointments are timely. Staff is friendly and professional. Dr Sudimack is an excellent dentist with great interpersonal skills. I honestly don't know how the experience could be improved.

It was much different with Dr. Sudimack and his team because they asked on the first visit, what was some of my concerns. Every visit, I was made to feel extremely comfortable and received great care from them. Example: The last tooth that Dr. Sudimack extracted from me was taken from me and I didn’t even know it!!!!!!!

It is a welcoming, even happy, comfortable place, and all staff are more than personable - caring, attentive, and concerned about meeting needs. Have had lots of dental issues lately, and I know I'm in good hands. I used to fear dentist visits like I do spiders.
