I called in today to Pearly Whites to get a second opinion on some work that I needed done. Maria was very helpful and was able to schedule an appointment within an hour the same day. So an hour later I go in to get an exam done for a second opinion since another dentist couldn’t do my work and made it difficult for me to even get my own medical documents. Walking in today I felt welcomed and comfortable. Carmen, Dr. David’s assistant was very understanding and made the process go as smooth as possible and helped me understand care after my procedure. Dr. David made this experience the best I have ever experienced. The entire time I was comfortable and he made sure that I was with no discomfort. Pearly Whites definitely takes care of the patients like they would family. Thank you Maria, Carmen, and Dr. David. You all made this experience great!! And Pearly Whites is blessed to have employees like you. I will recommend all my family and friends to trust them like I do!!

I am 100% happy with Dr. David and the staff. I had a very painful extraction from another local doctor and I was so apprehensive about the next extractions but my fears were unfounded. Dr. David is so gentle and competent and conscientious!!!! Today, the day after I have no shot site soreness and my jaw is not sore. These were molars too. I feel fine. My dad was an excellent dentist and I never thought I’d meet his equal but sorry Dad, Dr. David is it!!!! I will never go anywhere else.

Been a long time patient here. I must say it was a lovely run. Dentists are great other staff not so much. The girls that check you I act as if they are doing you a favor by even acknowledging you. They hardly speak to you much less look at you. God forbid they smile at you. The wait to get an appointment is much longer than the 2 minutes (if you are lucky) you actually see the dentist. The wait In waiting room has increased drastically. Just today we waited 30 minutes before being told its was going to be another 10 minutes or so before they would call us back. Needless to say we left and will not be back. I pay to much on insurance and copays to be ignored and tossed like we hear nothing better to do than sit and wait too good tons of money to a place that does not value there patients. I really miss when they were a small welcoming friendly facility. Sorry Dr B. You lost 4 patients today.

It's strange to say but I love going to my dentist. They are always friendly and cheerful and we laugh a lot...even while I'm getting my teeth cleaned. I've been with them for years and don't plan on changing any time soon!
