Absolutely one of the most professional practices in any industry I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Friendly, terrific communication and professionalism at its best!!! I feel very fortunate to have make contact with this organization. From Doctor Palmer to his assistant Hannah to the front office run by Lynette they are A+++++!

March 28- having now completed the next phase of the major Dental case my reviews submitted previously or probably vastly understated is this entire practice it's just absolutely the best ever! While the professional Services or absolutely stellar the support staff of Lynette and Peyton will greatly exceed anyone's expectations with their overall understanding of the needs of a patient over and above the actual dental services with their administrative skills and upbeat attitude and friendship to make sure that everything from the appointment process to account management and willingness to be adaptable to the patients personal scheduling and follow-up needs. Each of them is Way Beyond the norm and they obviously understand the entire process of a professional Dental team. I could not be more effusive in my praise and appreciation hope everyone's services to me.

I had a very good experience at this very clean dental clinic. Lauren, the dental hygienist was friendly, knowledgeable & thorough. Peyton, her assistant was pleasant and helpful. Amber, the first person you talk to on the phone and meet in the office was very friendly, helpful & patient. Carol in business office was also friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & thorough. Dr. Palmer was friendly, knowledgeable & caring. The staff work very well with each other to keep a great work environment so patients will feel comfortable and at ease.

I hate going to the dentist I get so nervous, but today was a not bad at all. The dentist and his nurse were very nice and made me feel very comfortable.

We are very thankful for Mountain View Dental for fitting us into their schedule this morning. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Sweetest team around! Holli, our hygienist, was incredibly thorough and professional. Her and Lynette made the visit enjoyable. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

On vacation from CA when an old crown developed an infection and after a few days the pain became excruciating and I could not chew on anything. We were to leave on Friday and on Thursday I called mountain view to see if they could work me in same day. They did and 2 hours later I had the bad tooth removed. The pain was gone and we could still check out on time to head home. All the staff were super friendly, professional and accommodating. They made me comfortable and Dr. LADD did an excellent extraction, packing and sewing up the now vacant #19 area. The pain was gone and I knew before hand that tooth had been a problem tooth. Anyway it was fortunate I found a great Dentist's office before having to travel home and right before the 3 day labor day weekend. Thanks to all at Mountain View Dentistry !

We were scheduled for our dental cleaning next Tuesday but they had two cancelations and took us in yesterday. Holly is one of the best dental hygiene I have had, infact, the entire staff makes you feel welcome and part of their family.

My wife broke off a front tooth while we were visiting my parents in Ruidoso. (We live in Wisconsin.) I had no idea which dentist to go to, so we prayed and Mountain View Dentistry (MVD) - the second office we called - was able to get us in the very next morning. We were very impressed with the entire operation. The front desk receptionist, our dental assistant Hanna and Dr. Palmer. Hanna was very friendly and professional and took time to answer all of our questions while at the same time keeping things moving. Dr. Palmer explained things to us and yet also listened to us and and answered our questions. He was able to do what was needed to her tooth that same day. We came home and recommended to my parents that they start using MVD. A great experience! Wish they were in Wisconsin!

I love everybody here. Lynette and Hannah in the front office, who deal superbly with my scheduling and ‘white coat anxiety’. The lovely Clarrissa, always a calm and reassuring presence… And Dr Ladd, a consummate pro who did a fine job on a recent crown. Highly recommended.
