I still got the same courteous service as I always do. The whole staff is professional. Holly cleaned my teeth, and made good suggestions how I could care for my dentures better. Everyone from the office staff to the dentist, are super nice. One thing I would suggest, thinking not only for my self, but to all of the older people that come to the clinic, is to quit assuming that just because we are older that our brain is fried and you have to speak to us like we were 5 years old. I realize this does happen to some folks, but until someone shows signs of loss of functions, give us the benefit of the doubt. Learn to use another word besides comprehensive to explain and complete examination.

Went in with severe pain, staff was very attentive and polite, I felt I was part of their family there. Full of information and willingness to help. They were very compassionate to my situation and I feel like they went above and beyond to provide the service I was seeking. Highly recommend!!!

As I walked in the building staff greeted me with a smile and great attitude. Also the techs in the back were very pleasant to talk to . I’m very terrified of Dentist but they made my experience very comforting. They also offered a great program for my family and I . Since we do not have any dental insurance. We are very pleased with their services .

From Lynette and Payton at the front desk, to Hannah, Jo and Lina the dental assistants, to Shana the office manager and Dr. Palmer they are truly a blessing!!! Honestly I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. I have HUGE dental anxiety. This was an emergency visit, that into an extraction. I was embarrassed and ugly cried and felt very self conscious. The staff at this office in INCREDIBLY kind, knowledgeable and everyone I've met takes pride in their work. Shout out to Dr. Ladd, Miss Holly, Miss Abby and Miss Lynette (to name a few) for being sweet to me, as well as killing it in their jobs.

Like most people in the world, I cringe at the idea of going to the dentist. The folks at Mountain View Dental in Ruidoso have changed my whole attitude. They have wonderfully up-to-date equipment, let me choose my favorite music while they are working on me, and are very pleasant. Dr. Palmer is highly skilled and knowledgeable, as are his staff members. Another up-side for me is that all the staff members work well together to make sure the patients are comfortable, as pain-free as possible, and have a positive experience. I have recommended them to several of my friends, and will continue to do so.
