I had a cleaning appointment this morning, and Holli, as usual did a great job! Everyone there is so sweet, kind, and yet totally professional. I probably going to have a bridge replaced because of decay under one of the teeth, so they are requesting a quote from my dental insurance as to what will be paid. I saw Dr. Ladd since Holli was not certain about me having to go ahead with the bridge replacement. He explained everything in detail about what he would do. I will certainly go along with his recommendation. I feel that the entire staff is honest and trustworthy. Will be back!

Hi I am from Carlsbad NM and we really needed to find a great dentist for us but mainly our 7 year old daughter. Ever since the pandemic and other reason we don’t have a regular dentist of my liking her in our hometown anymore. Another issue is taking my kid to the dentist and letting them work on her mouth is like wrestling a crocodile!!! But here at Mountain View they were amazing 🤩 more than amazing it was like magic they way they made her forget she was at the dentist! The nurses where calm sooo friendly explanatory patient and best of all they had experience! She loved it and is no longer scared of the dentist she can’t wait to see Sadie the dentist dog! Again who made her feel so comfortable!! We will definitely be back!!!

My wife is writing this for me as I don’t have social media or a cell phone. I didn’t like going to Dentists as a child because of a several bad experiences. I was carrying that fear into my adulthood. But I went to Mountain View Dental in Ruidoso New Mexico recently and they talked to me and calmed me down. The staff (Hannah, Lynnette, Holli, Velia, Abby, Ivan and Shana) plus Doctor Ladd all were so kind and extremely helpful to make my dental visit a good experience. My dental visit was an emergency and they went at my “pace” and helped me with my feelings I was going through at that time. The staff and Dr. Ladd changed my viewpoint of dentistry for the better and I will be using their services in the future.
