I am 71 and have had a lot of dental work in my lifetime. I've never had a better experience than the work done for me by Dr. Roybal and his staff. My lower front teeth have been crooked for as long as I can remember and have been severely worn down from contact with my upper teeth. Dr. Roybal said he could fix them with porcelain crowns and straighten them a bit, restore my bite to how it should be, and give me confidence in my smile. I was a bit skeptical but he said "We have done this many times for others and we're good at it and you will like the way this turns out." And BOY WAS HE RIGHT ! The results were better than I expected. I couldn't be more pleased.

The dental exam and cleaning was great, however the front desk staff totally bobbled my insurance claim process, sending it to the wrong address three times and not calling me to inform me that the claim was still "rejected" so that I could help them redirect it properly. Numerous phone calls and three months later, after promising me that they would let me know if the claim was still hung up, I am still waiting to get my out of pocket payment for services back from the insurance company. Way too much effort to accomplish a simple thing. If you have no insurance and want to pay for everything out of your own wallet without reimbursement, I guess they would be great. If you hope to use your dental insurance, expect to put a lot of time and effort into getting your claim processed.

Dr. Roybal, as far as I am concerned, literally saved me. He treated me with such kindness and care and made my mouth and me well again. Also, his staff is so kind and caring in addition to being so professional and well trained. Thank you all. It's been a year and I always look forward to a visit.

Ive always gone to the same dentist growing up, but since then I have moved to Santa Fe and decided it would be best to find someone local. I tried out Dr Roybal and was won over right away! Great service, friendly staff, very clean and effecient!

Best dentist experience I've ever had, and I've had quite a few bad ones. Staff was friendly and inviting, and also very informative. These guys really knew their stuff and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Sure you might have to pay a little bit more for this dentist but you really do get what you pay for.

Terrible bridges, not my real color, looks white as snow, didn't get my exact color and very cheap made. Took a long time to make it and his technician must be a non professional person as his boss is Dr Roybal the bad dentist!
Too expensive , their service is all about money! Roybal didn't want to replace the bridge and I had to pay monthly the insurance his recepcionist proposed I should open an account with. I had to pay it for 2 years and he received my inmediate money from them . Worst professional ever in the States! Santa Fe-NM
