The doctor was professional and to the point. Very honest opinion of condition of my teeth. The hygienist was meticulous and great with after care instructions. I am always impressed with the courteous and quick service. I arrived early and was brought back for exam and cleaning almost immediately. I don't have insurance and the cost was reasonable and an exceptional value for the service provided.

Their hygienist Adam is lovely. Their management is terrible. After years of going to them, they instituted a “if you don’t call us back to confirm we will cancel your appointment” policy 30 minutes before our appointment. None of their voicemails or texts had even mentioned cancellation before and suddenly someone in their office decided to put it in place. I have never had that happen with any other medical business before (that didn’t already clearly state their 24-hour cancellation policy) They wanted a reaction from me? They got one and we are looking to change dentists

I really enjoyed the kind and professional staff. I felt my visit and cleaning were thorough. Adam, the dental hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and gave great information and advice on several dental hygiene topics.

A pleasant & friendly practice. There’s a lot of turnover in the dentists, but they’ve all been good. I figure it gives me an opportunity for differing points of view with each visit.

I was so very disappointed!!!! It was my first appointment. I arrived at my scheduled time for my cleaning appointment. When I arrived, I wad told I should have arrived 15 minutes early. I was never told this. Normally, I would have been there if I was instructed. I was told that because I was "late", there wasn't time for a cleaning, only xrays. After I said I would prefer to cancel, they came back saying that they would be able to accomodate.
The dental assistance was soooo rude to me! Then, another person walked in and started looking at my Xrays. No introduction....nothing. I asked if she was the doctor. She was the hygenist. After going through my xrays, she comes back with a diagnosis and a very expensive estimate. (They do not accept my insurance). On top of it, I was charged for the checkup including cleaning!!! $270.00! But I didn't get a cleaning. I was told that I would have to come back for the cleaning....which they didn't want to do from the start. The only kind person was the receptionist.
I do not recommend this dentistry office.

Awesome dental group. From the moment you walk in you can tell they care. Front desk staff is Uber friendly. Jasmine was amazing.

I was beyong grateful for the technician/nurse who really helped me get thru my tooth extraction but my dentist did nothing to prepare me for post operation. Dr. Chen did not explain a single aspect of my surgery and what to do after. Now I have a dry socket with immense pain despite doing everything I could to follow the direction on the sheet of paper they gave me.

The office is very pleasant and they have a large screen with beautiful nature photos to help relax while in the dentist chair. Cleaning was gentle and prompt and everyone was personable

This is a great place, Jasmine made me feel very comfortable after not having seen a dentist for several years. I look forward to working with them moving forward.
