Brooklyn Smile | Cosmetic & Dental Implant Dentist

The patient experience at this office is unsurpassed. Brooklyn Smile is BY FAR the best dentist office I have ever been to in my entire life. The care they give their patients is top-notch. Dr. Amy is a very knowledgeable, meticulous, and highly skilled dentist and it shows in her work! Her dental assistants and staff are professional, competent, and very friendly. They know me by first name when I walk in, and their appointments start on time. They make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! For those of you reading my review, if I could pick Brooklyn Smile for you right now, I would!!!! It’s that good. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I grew up to be scared of the dentist my whole life, so i never wanted to go. I found Dr Gary Herskovitz office through Google because i decided its time to go a dentist. I found other ones too but no one returned my calls this was the only office that returned my call with in 24 hours. the staff was very nice over the phone and they gave me a appointment right away. and i was so scared that day I went because i wasn't by a dentist in 21 years, the experience Dr Gary and his staff gave me was beyond excellent, I kept on telling the Dr I'm very scared i cant take pain, please lets not do anything, he says try me and you will see nothing will hurt and everything will be OK, From the root canal to the filling what ever work was done on me was smooth and no pain at all what so ever, and i cant take any pain what so ever. Btw I had allot dental work done on me since I was not by a dentist in 21 years, he did it all in about 6 weeks that other dentist could take up to 2 years, this Dr and his staff is Amazing, if you are scared of a dentist for what ever reason i would say to try Dr Gary Herskovitz you won't be disappointed, I don't think i would of survived any other Dentist besides this one, you get what you pay for that's all i can say. He is worth every penny.

Long story short my daughter and I went to get seen for a clean up. Waited almost 2 hours no one else was there. My daughter "clean up" was 2 min. Nothing was done waist of visit on my insurance. He just put cherry flavor on her teeth and said she done. I then got a "clean up" in 7 minutes. Never had a clean up that fast nothing compared to our past clean ups we had received in NJ and GA.

Im giving it 1 star because i cannot leave it at 0. I applied for a dental grant and apparently i was approved and i was sent over to this facility. The staff and Dr were very nice. However, i learned soon after that this was all a SCAM!! My insurances were charged over 31k and even though i paid cash for a CT SCAN, he charged my insurance $650 and a $95 consultation fee which i wasn't even made aware of. His staff also blatantly lied to me saying i had an infection that needed to be treated right away. When i confronted them about it, they apologized saying they didn't mean to say that. I have all of the text messages saved. I asked for my CT SCAN, but he did not want to release my CT SCAN, but my Dr literally forced him to. Im constantly texting them trying to get information as to why the excessive charges, but they insist that they're trying to get me money back. That right there convinced me that something was not right.Please proceed with caution when dealing with them. Ive already contacted the insurance companies and im seriously thinking about seeking legal advice. This is clearly insurance fraud!!

They made me feel very comfortable after not going to the dentist in years. Great customer service and professionalism. Can't wait to see my new smile!!

I can't give five stars only because, like all dentists, they wield sharp tools that fill me with panic. But in this office they do so kindly, thoroughly and professionally. The doc himself exudes warmth and sincerity that all professionals in the medical industry should aspire to! And he's funny too: 'only floss the teeth you plan on keeping!'

I actually enjoy going to the dentist here. Dr Herskovits is very affable- and a little bit of a wise cracker. He explains what he's doing and why. I had a major procedure where my gums were operated on and it went smoothly and pain free

I found Gary on Zocdoc after chipping my front tooth. Gary and his staff are all incredibly knowledgeable which is apparent at every step of the way. My tooth looks like it used to after only 30 minutes. Everyone was also incredibly friendly.
