I normally do not like going to the dentist, but the doctors at Brooklyn Smile make me have a change of heart. I expressed my concerns being in the dentist office and I was handled with kid gloves. Virtually pain free. I dont mind going back to the office. Great service and great staff.

I'm not crazy about medical professionals of ANY kind, not to mention that I'm a cynic of people in general, but Dr. Gary Herskovits is a rare and exceptional breed. Both his demeanor and his office and staff were so warm, inviting and friendly that they melted away any uneasiness that I had. His smile alone is infectious and he has an almost other-worldly presence that is just so amazingly calming. His knowledge of his profession is undoubted and the fact that he works with your case financially was a major blessing. I'm not prone to giving reviews of anything so when I do, be assured that its for real.

To be quite honest I am very skittish to go to a dentist. All my past experiences have not been good. When I met Brooklyn Smile I was just as sceptical. Everyone was so friendly, polite and called me by my first name... I thought this strange because I have never had this welcoming experience with any dental practice before. They actually speak with you and explain every step and procedure and they ensured the procesurea were oh so comfortable....
I have never written any comments about my dental experiences, but I just had to say this for Brooklyn smile because they are so much more than just a dental experience..... i am actually now looking forward to my dental visits . Never thought I would say that but it's the truth.

I was referred here by a coworker about 3 years and I have been referring friends and family ever since. Dr H and his team are fast, friendly and professional. The front staff go out of their way to make sure all your questions are answered and you feel comfortable before leaving. They are always true to appointment times and you're in and out. From the cleanings, root canals, invisalign and fill-ins you're taken care of and reminded how important it is to floss

Dr. Herskovitz has been the family dentist since I was a child. He has always been and continues to be a courteous and professional person whose main interest is the patient's well-being. He is constantly up to date with dentistry knowledge and his practices are modern and aim to be pain free. His advice has aided in keeping my teeth healthy and strong all this time. I have only had the occasional small cavity, but that is my fault. Any work needed from Dr. Herskovitz has always addressed the issue all while being painless. His staff is also friendly and maintain strong attention to detail and comfort. He has a great hygienist whose deep cleaning leaves you feeling those gaps between your teeth. It's a great power washing of the mouth. I highly recommend him and have faith that to will be satisfied with his services.
