I started going to Brooklyn Smile around seventeen years ago. My previous Dentist could not numb the nerve in my tooth to drill it, he tried several different times. I saw on TV an 800 number for difficult dental problems. I called, Gary Herskovits, D. D. S. was the closest in my zip code. I called his office, explained my situation, I was given an appointment. I was a difficult patient, Dr. Herskovits had to get an Medical Doctor to come into his office to administer local
medication to be able to drill the tooth, he said I had a HOT TOOTH. I have had root canal, caps/crowns done. Every three months I go for cleaning, I read
bad gums bad teeth can cause heart problems.
Ms. Esther the Office Manager, Dr. Amy and her Assistant are an awesome Team, and Dr. Herskovits they all make me feel so welcome, never rushed, I trust them with my gums and teeth...
I FORGOT TO SAY I AM A COWARD.

I am very happy with my first visit. Dr. Amy Herskovitz was wonderful. She took her time with me, was able to recement my crown and I was even able to have my teeth cleaned and xrays taken. The office had the proper equipment in the operatory to clean and filtrate the air. They even take our insurance!!!

I have always had sensitive teeth and gums. Cleaning is always a drag but rest assured, they did an awesome job! No pain and felt very comfortable. True professionals that knows what they doing and really care about you. Definitely, give them a try!

I've been coming here for about 4 years now and it's been fantastic. It's all very efficient and comfortable. A previous dentist I had come from botched a couple of relatively basic procedures and I was weary but have had nothing but a good experience every time, including another 4 fillings yesterday. Once the local anesthesia wore off, felt like nothing ever happened. And that's the pattern. Actively recommend the practice to people I know.

Dr. Herskovits is incredible. Very accommodating to your needs, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. Of all the dentists I have seen in my life I've never had more trust and faith in one as I do for Dr. H. I remember coming to him for the first time with Halitosis, which for years I could not fix nor could other dentist, and within a few short weeks the bad breath was gone. I am indebted to him and grateful!

Came here for a cleaning and from the time I called the office the secretary was very accommodation with my appointment. The office was very clean, everyone was great, especially Dr. Herskovits. He actually cleaned my teeth and was super gentle. No complaints here. I also had xrays done and the whole visit was very affordable compared some other dentists I’ve seen. I would definitely recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. This is the 1st dentist I've been to where I got a fill in and didn't even feel the needle. I didn't feel the drilling/digging and after the numbness subsided I felt no pain. My tooth lined up nicely. I would definitely recommend a friend to this facility and look forward to my follow up appt.
