Dr. Finney is fabulous. With that being said...a great dentist has to have a great staff.
Front desk is friendly and her hygienist Linda is the best I’ve ever had. I like to know things and helpful hints for better care is important to me. Linda always takes the time to educate me while cleaning my teeth! Some people may not find this important but it has helped me .

Dr. Finney and her entire staff are all amazing. When the previous dentist in the location retired, I stayed out of convenience, but I wouldn't ever consider switching to someone else's care.
No one ever really loves the dentist, but today I had quite a few fillings done and never once was there any discomfort, each of my one million questions was answered, and the ladies never once complained about working on my mouth for two hours.
Every concern I've had has been addressed, even when I asked to have the same tooth polished 5 times, and Dr. Finney never showed any sign of exasperation.
I appreciate her skill and patience, and her personality is a bonus.

It was all good! The dental hygienist Nancy is a wonder. You don't know she's working on you and then she finishes! Dr. Finnie has a similar light touch and while she hasn't had to work on me yet, I am comfortable in her capable hands.
Betty, the receptionist seems to have been born to her roll! She is welcoming and delightful in both greeting and then assisting with office matters.

I called Dr. Finney to see if she could just take a look at what I though might be a loose filling. Turned out I needed a tooth pulled! I was not thrilled about the idea. Especially when it’s unexpected like that! But Dr. Finney talked me through the whole process, and her staff was wonderful about making sure I was comfortable and calm the entire time! I don’t think anyone would call an extraction a relaxing experience, but it was close! The instructions for care when I got home were clear and easy to follow. Here I am, a few days later and I feel great! I’m still playing it safe eating soft foods, but there is no pain and I am feeling much better than I was a week ago! I go back for a cleaning in a month and I am looking forward to it. I can’t say enough great things about Springbrook! If going to the dentist makes you nervous, give them a call! They make the most nerve-wracking experience seem like a walk in the park!
