Springbrook Family Dentistry

DO NOT PATRON THIS DENTIST!!!!!
Even though I have insurance they charged me a bill $200. I called told the receptionist my insurance information and then informed me it was all taken care off. Then I received another bill, the same bill in the mail a second time. Billing did not process it correctly. I called again was assured the issue was resolved. Two months later the dentist put the bill to collections. Incompetence and ignorance is what I received from this horrible dentist. Patron's beware of horrible service if you choose to go here. They will process your claim wrong and then have the nerve to put you in collections.
Who are you so that I may contact? You fail to mention just provide a blanket statement. I don't want to speak with the same incapable receptionist that originally messed the claim up. I have full dental coverage. There is nothing that is not covered. It was not lack of coverage that caused this problem. It was inept staffing.

When Jim and Cindy May recently retired I was a little nervous about the change going forward.
Dr Finney and her staff are very competent, experienced, professional and pleasant. They use the latest dental repair technology and work well with my insurance company.
In the past 5 months I've had visits for cavities and crown replacements (too much sugary pop). The procedures went very fast and were painless. Dr Finney and her assistant, Nancy, gave me a comfortable and pain-free experience, I will be back for my next 6 month cleaning/check-up.
Ice water with lemon is now tasting pretty good!

Extremely efficient visit. I was taken for my appointment on time. The protocol for COVID before, during, and after the visit was all adhered to. The dental hygienist shared everything with me as well as the doctor. Everything went very well. Thank you so much.

There aren't enough superlatives in the dictionary to accurately describe the greatness of Springbrook Family Dentistry. Dr. Jenny Finney is a true artist - someone who combines a profound understanding of her craft with a deft and steady hand. Her manner is affable, warm, inviting and relaxed. Her ability to assess problems is enviable, and her skill in remedying said problems is second to none. Her staff is similarly skilled and it's clear that the folks working there enjoy the important work that they engage in.
During a recent visit to the office, Dr. Finney was able to numb me in way that made the procedure absolutely painless, while simultaneously leaving me free to enjoy the rest of my day. For me, this was unprecedented - other dentists have missed the mark with numbing agent, either leaving me vulnerable to intense pain, or else leaving me paralyzed by anaesthetic. Dr. Finney worked quickly and effectively, and I was shocked that she was able to accomplish so much in such a short window.
In short, Dr. Jennifer Finney is everything you could ask for in a dentist. It's clear that the staff are inspired working under such a charismatic and brilliant figure; this, combined with Dr. Finney's prodigious skills make Springbrook Family Dentistry a tremendous resource to the communities it serves.

Linda and Doc are great at their jobs. I have avoided dentists for 57 years . . . . . I will be going back to Springbrook Family Dentistry.

Dr. Finney was recommended to me by a friend of mine as I no longer had a dentist, I need to say I am very sensitive about my teeth and who works on them! I went to Springbrook because needed a dentist for some dental work I was having done in Boston, mass. Dr Finney was willing to help with this, I am so great full for the help I received from her, in return I gained a great dentist here at home and at this point I wish I would’ve used Dr Finney for the work I had done in Boston! I would definitely recommend any one to use Springbrook Dental the facility is very clean and up to date and the team Dr Finney has put together are top notch, in my option Dr Finney is one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen.

What a joy to have Dr.Jennifer Finney as our dentist after Dr. May retired. She is both very personable and professional and has tremendous enthusiasm for her work. She has replaced a filling and extracted a broken tooth for me, both without pain or trauma. Her staff is excellent as well. Also, her state of the art equipment ensures we receive top notch dental care. I'm sure that Dr. Finney was a brilliant student at the UB Dental School and am glad she is practicing here in Western New York.

Dr Finney was able to see me on short notice when i was in pain from an abcessed tooth. Bother her and the staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Dr finneys bedside manner made me feel relaxed even in tooth pain (which if youve ever had real tooth pain you know thats saying something!). She took a 3D picture of my head which gave much more detail than a regular xray. She was able to help me that day - very grateful to the springbrook team! Patient for life!
