The best dental care I have ever experienced, some years ago I had my cap done by my former dentist and it took them 3 months from start to finished, even the temp cap kept falling off. Yet it took beautiful smile 2 weeks for recap, even the temp feels and look real. The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and informative, and if you're afraid of needle trust me. This dentist is so smooth you won't feel a thing. Best Ever !

It's been a year and a half since I went to the dentist due to COVID. My last dentist dropped my insurance and I was looking for a local dentist then Covid hits. I found another dentist who found a lot of work that I needed to get done over 7k to be exact. I was a bit skeptical about it and went to Dr. Gabrielle for a second opinion. It turns out I needed only some work done and the rest was made up. He was kind, spent time with me going over what was fake and spoke about why I needed the actual work. He was patient and was able to do my tooth extraction and implant in his office. Im so glad I found him as a trusting and caring dentist. The Staff was courteous from the moment I made my phone call to schedule my consultation. The office staff was great! Including the ladies in the front and my ex-ray tech, Dr. seid, explained the steps needed to be done and given his advise I can tell that he really cares about the well-being of the patients. In all I had a great experience. I finally found a dental Office I feel confortable with and I can recommend to my friends and family.

It's always a pleasant experience at Beautiful Smiles. I am always taken at scheduled time, if not earlier. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Dr. Seid is friendly and patient, and explains everything that you will feel and experience during the procedure/cleaning. They also don't try to oversell you with unnecessary procedures.

I just started seeing Dr Seid after he was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. The woman at the front desk, Stephanie, was extremely professional and kind from the moment I walked in the door. They are listed and claim to be “In Network” provider with my insurance. But few weeks after the visit, I received a bill for a procedure that should have been fully covered by insurance. I was never informed of possible out of pocket expense before, or during my visit.

ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! My son appeared for his appointment with Dr. Zatcoff. The office manager, Stephanie, told him that they did not accept his new insurance. He agreed to leave without service. To his dismay, Stephanie told him that if he left, he would have to pay $75 for a "NO SHOW" fee or $155 for treatment. It became an embarrassing situation as other patients were in the reception area. This is quite UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL and COERCION since my son agreed to leave without treatment when she said they did not accept his new insurance. We left several messages for Dr. Zatcoff and he has not returned any; quite unprofessional. We have been patients there for numerous years but, this incident will end our professional relationship with Dr. Zatcoff. I must state that we have no issues with Dr. Zatcoff but, will not tolerate this unprofessional, humiliating and embarrassing situation that our son had to endure. The office should have checked to ensure that they accept insurance from patients prior to the visit instead of expecting patients to pay a "NO SHOW" fee if the patient arrives and they do not accept the insurance - please explain when does the negligence of the staff becomes the responsibility of the patient. Please remember, without patients this office cannot survive therefore, professional ethics and empathy for all must be established and re-enforced. This submission is by the mother, Karen, who is still awaiting a call from Dr. Zatcoff; unacceptable behavior exhibited by Stephanie to my son and me when we spoke.
