The pros: the assistant that had me register and then did a full set of xrays was great..friendly and helpful ..answered my questions ( even if i didnt like answers) ..the place is very clean, comfortable. The dentist herself.. was nice enough .. no warm feels but professional.. I was hoping for some temp option to my dental nightmare.. but no.. and quoted prices that were way out of my range.. ( so def cons are the quoted prices( I am sure that I can find lower elsewhere).. this place was the one dentist equiv of high peaks dental. And ?? When did dentists stop taking insurances.. as in private self purchased insurance..ads for dentists online misleading... as this place has been "out of network" for 2 years.. all insurance. So.. nice place .. great dental assistant but way too costly, need to pay out of pocket.. and no payment plan.. as with other dentists their idea of a payment plan is "care credit".. I dont qualify..and if I did..i would hesitate to accept as i have heard pretty bad things.. so I shall proceed on my quest to find affordable care.. ( ?canada, mexico? If all offices are this expensive)

I had a great fear of dentist which led to some bad cavities and even more fear. Dr. Gaves was the kindest, sweetest Dentist and helped me in so many ways. Out of pain in 24 hours! I didn't have insurance and her cash pricing was so fair and a wonderful surprise. I can not thank her or her staff enough!

If it's possible to make going to the dentist fun, these people do. All hygienists I've had, have been gentle, friendly, personable people. As are office staff, and Dr. Graves. Grateful for this practice and my long-time hygienist, Michelle. Highly recommend!

Made the switch to Champlain Smiles years ago and have never regretted it. The entire staff is friendly and attentive and the office is clean, professional and inviting. They don't overbook so you're never stuck there waiting to be seen, and when calling for a tooth issue they generally see you the same day. Dr. Graves is very knowledgeable, gentle and kind. Our insurance isn't a participating provider so we pay a little more than those with participating insurance, but we've never considered moving to a different dentist because the little extra we pay is worth it for the treatment we receive!

Doctor Graves and the entire staff at Champlain Smiles are incredible!!! I needed an appointment for a toothache. I was not a current patient of theirs. My dentist couldn’t see me for over a month 😬. I needed treatment. Champlain Smiles dental practice took me in and treated my condition within two days of my call. They were incredibly efficient and used extra care in safety procedures regarding covid. Every person I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am happy to say I will be calling Champlain Smiles my new dentist.
