The staff at Gentle Touch are not only excellent at thier jobs, but they are downright wonderful people. I've always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness by everyone I have had the pleasure of knowing. Dr. Marjan does a flawless job and her touch is truly gentle. I'm always asked how I'm feeling and if I need anything. I'm provided with entertainment in the form or music or movies, but oftentimes I just like to enjoy the company of my dentist and hygienist. Even when I'm not being the best patient, they are being the best providers to me.

I'm excited about the new office going up on Smithfield, since the office on Hammond lane is gorgeous, comfortable and classy as it is! I can only imagine what they'll create in the new space!

This place has erased all horrible memories I have of past dentist nightmares. I have never seen an office like this . Caring , understanding , efficient and professional. On every level they exceed expectations and diffuse your anxiety.
I am still in disbelief that for the first time ever I felt happy and at ease in a dentist office .
I am so grateful they took me and I am finally at peace with going to the dentist .
They are prepared for anything you need and accomplish it in a sterile , spa like environment.
With smiling faces and reassurance ,they made me feel completely comfortable and not scared. The procedure was dealt with head on , no ring around the Rosey and completed without me really noticing any discomfort at all.
My dentist is beyond amazing !!!!!!
If you have dental anxiety, turn to them !! They are simply outstanding !!

Best in the North Country! Super caring, professional, highly trained dentist. Beautiful office, newest equipment and procedures, great staff. I have NEVER been in pain. Dr. Maria got me back into regular dental care after several bad experiences with other dentists. Love her!

Every member of Gentle Touch Family Dentistry makes a BIG difference. From the minute you walk in the door, they each provide a welcome, friendly, focused and caring environment. They listen to you, and connect with you. They don't miss a thing that matters to you. We're a family of four, and it is important to us that our kids don't fear the dentist. Our kids LOVE going to GTFD! From telling Stevie and Holley their life stories, to opening wide for cleanings, and occasional fillings with Dr. Mohajer, both kids have the best possible experience...and that carries over into their attitude for daily oral care at home. We've both had some overdue repairs, like major filing replacements (save the tooth), and we couldn't be happier. Neither of us care for needles, but that's not an issue here! Dr. Szmigiel listens, engages and is laser focused on making sure you're informed, aware of your options, and fixed right the first time. Bottom line: Extreemely professional business...and everyone at Gentle Touch Family Dentistry pays attention, cares, and makes you feel like you're in the right place and being cared for properly.

I highly recommend this dentist! They do wonderful work, always have a smile on their face and also very friendly. Honestly can say I’m actually disappointed when I leave the dentist office because they truly make you feel like your family.❤️

When I think about how unhappy I used to be to go to a dentist I can hardly believe how I like to go now. I know that sounds like exaggeration but it’s such a pleasant atmosphere and everyone who works there is just so welcoming and friendly. No pain ever and they truly all have a Gentle Touch.

I can't say enough positive things about Gentle Touch Family Dentistry! The staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. The office is inviting and comfortable. They really go the extra mile for a patient.

UPDATE: I was called about this review & they wanted to discuss it. I returned the call today, one week after request. My review was never talked about. Apology for the misunderstanding. Seems my appointment was actually to install permanent crowns. Now instead of it taking one month to finish, its now 2 months. August is now the date. I'm still very unhappy. The staff & all may be very nice, polite & friendly. Their concern for your fears about dentistry. They do well with that. But I do stand by my statement to be fully aware of your treatment plan. I suggest seeing Holly, she was who I first dealt with & everything was explained. So with that I say to MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF THE TREATMENT PLAN AND THE COST OF THE TREATMENT! If they still wish to discuss my review they know how to reach me.
First I have been here more than once & wish I could leave a review for each visit. That being said - Last visit left a "bad taste in my mouth". It wasn't from the work done.that day. Advice is to make sure you understand what their treatment plan is & the cost. I can say that twice now 2 appointments were not what I had expected them to be. Last appointment a next appointment was made. Thought it was to finish current work. SURPRISE I found out it was for more work which was not discussed with me. I have to go back as I have temporaries which need the permanent. Beware & Be INFORMED.

Best. Dentist. Ever. They are all so kind and caring at this dental office. I used to hate the dentist and now I don’t! I try to send everyone I know here. If you have any fear of the dentist whatsoever they will work with you every step of the way. And their invisalign services are great as well! All around a great place/the best dental practice in the Plattsburgh area. Highly recommended!!

Just set up an appointment with them... I am frightened and plain scared of dentists... but! I had an enjoyable conversation with the assistant that answered the phone. I must say I felt comfortable and relaxed by her info and, her friendly personality. Haven't got any work done yet but I got faith it will be good!
