Took my 6 year old and myself for a cleaning..I love how friendly and caring the staff are. It's just not about getting your teeth cleaned but they really took the time to let you know what needs to be done for your overall health. The girls at the desk, the entire staff is so pleasant, and that is a big deal for me..The doctor is phenomenal, awesome place to go. Very clean establishment. I would totally recommend!!

Dr Rafail is amazing and everyone in the office is great too. I had my implants and send all my family here too. I didn’t feel any pain and my recovery was very comfortable! Dr. Lakhchakov was amazing. He did a quick extraction and implant. The whole operation was painless. The woman who did my cleaning was also great! Everyone here is very caring and will explain everything to you before they proceed. The staff are incredible as well. Thank you all ❤️

A few days ago, I took my sick brother for treatment.
It was a gift from heaven that he was safely treated in a situation where he could not be treated. I can only thank the fully qualified doctor and all the staff who cared for my sick and poor brother. When we were worried because it didn't fit our insurance, we are just grateful to everyone who took care of us and made the price very cheap. Price is not a problem, and I would like to thank the doctor who took good care of my sick brother calmly so that he did not get sick at all, and I would like to introduce this dentist to everyone.

Great place, my first time here…. The people are friendly. The hygienist did an amazing job. I love this place and will continue coming here .The doctor highlighted issues with my teeth that other places or dentist couldn’t have identified. Love it here already!!!!!!! They're are only Interested In what they can charge your insurance, Including multiple needless x-rays. The people at the desks, and the manager are pathological liars. The dentist himself is arrogant, and rude.
And They will absolutely pressure you to leave a positive review before you leave.
You're better off visiting a third world country for any dental work. I am sure they will appreciate the business, and respect anyone who walk thru the front door. Speaking of which. I now understand why they keep their front door Locked, and screen people.

This has to be the best dental office in NY. The level of professionalism, care and service is absolutely amazing. I needed emergency care and received it immediately the same day. The office is so clean the staff and Dr are so professional and friendly, extremely attentive and compassionate. They also take private insurance and federal workers insurance.

Arrived here for emergency treatment after an accident. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Gentle Dental were warm and extremely helpful. The dentist was very transparent when describing the process of my implants and the front desk staff helped walk me through financing options. All in all a great experience

Fast forward 2 months and I have to say the office has since become very unprofessional.
I called about 2 weeks prior to my next appointment for my dental implant surgery to confirm and send in medical paperwork for my employer and was told all was fine. I have surgery scheduled for Monday and on the Friday prior, the temporary implant fell out. While not fine, it was expected as it was a temporary fix. What is not is that upon calling the office to inform them of what happened, I hear a recording telling me the office is closed due to renovations for 2 weeks!
Not once did they inform me the office was going to be closed nor did they offer to reschedule my appointment for surgery which had been in the books for over 2 weeks!
An emergency contact number or email was never left in case a situation like this were to happen.
