Dr.Lakhchakov is the one of the BEST dentist in Queens, and I’ve been to a few! He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions or concerns; very patient and delicate with all forms of work(cleanings, root canals, etc) The staff has the best etiquette when it comes to contacting patients for visits. I’ve never been more pleased with a dentist visit in my life!

I had a great experience here! Dr Rafael is a nice doctor that explains the problems you have very nicely (without anger). The front desk staff are very nice, they care about their patients and try their best to work around your schedule to make an appointment.The hygienist Rachel is a sweet girl who cleans your teeth and guides you how to brush and floss properly. The Dr has such light hands, that during a procedure you don’t feel any weight on your teeth. They really try their best to make their patients feel comfortable by asking questions and by making payment plans... I really recommend this dental place and really happy with my outcomes.

The place truly deserves five stars, everyone from the staff to the doctor are really nice and show compassion for their patients. I had previously gone to three dentists in a span of three days because my face was swollen and none of them could give me an answer or a solution. I went in and the doctor immediately caught what was going on and did a procedure that greatly decreased the swelling of my face. Tamara the recepcionist helped me pick a pharmacy that was open(since it was a Sunday at 4 pm) and contacted me back and forth to see if I had gotten the prescriptions. Amazing place

Gentle dental care is the best place to get the care that you deserve! Dr Rafael Lakhchakov is an amazing doctor who puts lots of time and effort into his patients. Compared to other places I’ve been to iam very happy and satisfied with the care that was given to me! All staff there are very friendly and do all work with love!
Iam so thankful that I switched to gentle dental care! I always had a big fear of dentist, but not here, I was very comfortable with the experience with the injections when I had my root canal!
