My husband, children, and I have had some great visits at Gentle Dentist. My 12 yr old and 10 yr old were traumatized at another dentist couple years back. Since that time, they did not like going to the dentist. However, our first visit to Gentle Dentist changed their perception of dentist visits. I am glad for the positive experiences.

This place is awesome. Gentle Dental has made all my fears about going to the dentist disappear . I always wanted a Doc that would listen to my concerns and cares about them and most of all a VERY GENTLE dentist and here I found him. The place is clean and the front desk ladies are very welcoming and very accommodating. I will give them not just 5 starts but 100 starts for their great work and help in the community. I had missing upper teeth many years and it made it difficult for me to continue my life with no smile. I had 6 implants and fixed dentures and I am very excited to have teeth now with a big smile. Excellent service! Dentist gave thorough information and explained so well. The use technology (camera - computer screen on wall) , which allowed for images to be projected on the screen, is a definite plus. The patients can see for themselves the status of their teeth and gums.

I recommend Dr. Lakhchakov, I am terrified of the dentist. From my first call, “Stephanie “ comforted me.I she got me in right away, on a Sunday. I hesitated, and scheduled for Monday. Listen, the Dr. Addressed my fears, let me know that he understood, how I was feeling. My procedures were, extraction and deep cleaning. They move fast, and on time. He explained, the entire, care plan to me. As for the procedure. I DID NOT FEEL A THING !!! He kept checking in with me, making sure, I was not feeling anything. I was allowed to listen to my music, and sing my heart away. 🤣🤣 By the time, I finished my solo performance, it was over !!! 🤣🤣. I never write reviews, but if you are afraid of the dentist, and need that extra support!! COME HERE!! Clean, calm, and he knows what he is doing !! Very personable staff !! He is amazing!! Makes you feel as if he is your friend , and not your dentist!!! Love it here !

I’ve only had 2 visits with them but so far each visit they’ve taken their time explaining every procedure, even the insurance process. They truly care about their patients feeling comfortable & having a positive experience. I’d highly recommend them!

Hands down the best and most professional dental practice I have been to. The front office staff are caring, quick,, and knowledgeable and the doctor is extremely talented. I've been here multiple times for emergencies and routine care and recommend this office to everyone.
