Lalor Creekside Dental

Had my first visit here and left feeling very cared for and heard. The office has so many staff members and moving parts but they run like a well oiled machine. I witnessed many employees stepping up to help others when they needed it with no hesitation. I can tell they enjoy their job and it radiates into how they treat the customers.

My husband has had the run around with 3 other dentists. All he wanted was a painful broken tooth extracted. Our insurance for dental is worthless won't even cover a root canal unless you're under 21. Spent 2 hours at a suggested dentist just 2 weeks ago where nothing was accomplished an appointment was scheduled for oral surgery and of course they tried to sell us everything under the sun, yes even in dentistry they try to put you into debt. This other office then called advising this "oral surgery" would need to be rescheduled wow....2 months from now they would have been able to get him back in, unacceptable. I called Lalor dental and they set my husband up for the 1st available, which regardless would have been before the other office could perform this so called oral surgery. I was also advised by the wonderful receptionist to call the next morning between 7-8 to see if there had been any cancellations. There were, they were able to get him in at 4pm that day!!!!AMAZING!!! There was NO wait assistant was amazing and knowledgeable and the Dr a godsend!!!! I can't thank the Lalor team enough. From start to finish it was the way it should be!!!!!

I have been going to Lalor Dental for a few years now and cannot say enough good things! After I started, I recommended Lalor to family. We now all go! Whenever someone asks about a dentist, I immediately suggest Lalor. Everyone on the staff is personable and professional--EVERYONE.

All the staff and the dentist were very competent and made me feel comfortable, explained everything very clearly and were efficient in taking care of my broken tooth.

I called Friday morning because my cap fell off. I got right in, in the morning. Everyone is so friendly 🙂 which makes going to the dentist nice. It was quick and while there the dentist actually checked another tooth that was bugging me. I will be back in January.. Thank you to everyone for everything you do...stay safe and happy holiday! Dr. Shah is very caring and thorough in my care. Her team is courteous and friendly. Tung Kim, the lab tech has been great giving me all the information I need to understand my treatment and I have enjoyed working with him. I would recommend this firm for any and all dental work.

I visited Lalor Creekside Dental for the first time yesterday. I was impressed by all staff. They were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was early for my appointment and I didn't have to wait for them to call me back to the treatment room. I would highly recommend Lalor Creekside Dental for your dental needs!

We love Lalor! After moving to Apalachin we had to find a new Dentist. After hearing nothing but great things, we chose Lalor and are so glad we did! The staff is always friendly and extremely accommodating. They are always punctual, and if for some reason they fall behind they WILL make it up to you! Shout out to Megan and Stephanie who were great at our last cleaning and keeping my three year old happy by turning on the Disney Channel and answering alllll her questions about the cleaning instruments. And HUGE shout out to hygienist Dan who did an incredible job with my daughters first real exam and polishing. He went above and beyond, explaining every step and what he was going to do before he did it. He made her feel so comfortable and made her laugh. She did awesome and was excited to be there. She LOVED her new character princess toothbrush, and especially loved being able to pick out a toy from the treasure chest. I 100% recommend Dan for your little ones first dental cleaning experience. She is excited to go back. Thank you Lalor for making going to the dentist a positive experience!

Lalor dental in Vestal has the nicest people. From the receptionists, to the hygienists, and the dentists everyone is thoughtful, attentive, and has a smile to share. (Even under the masks! I’m certain). I appreciate their helpfulness in scheduling. They always try to work around college schedules and make efficient trips.

Always have a wonderful experience with Lalor. From the check in staff right up to the dentist you are always treated like you are their number one priority. I’ve had an emergency visit in the past and the morning I called they got me right in. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. I love Lalor!

Dental assistant Bri and Dr Qian are amazing!!!
