I had a dental emergency and as a new patient, they were able to fit me in right away. My problem was taken care of swiftly, professionally and I am so pleased that I am no pain at all. Thank you. You have gained my entire family as patients.

Started going here with some dental anxiety- they were patient and caring. I now have been going here for several years and I have no anxiety about the dentist. I've seen several different dentists and all have been wonderful.

Initial appointment was excellent. issues were carefully listened to, more than one option explained during consult. Treatment begun, expect good things from this organization, update to follow.

Dr Bob painlessly removed the root of a tooth I broke. I was impressed with the speed that his office was able to get me an appointment. I've been a loyal patient for years because of the outstanding service I always receive.

I come to Lalor for any emergency’s while I’m at school. You guys never disappoint and I always feel welcomed and very well taken care of. Always soo accommodating. I send my friends here too and they have nothing but good things to say.

As someone with severe dental anxiety, to say I’m not a fan of going to the dentist is putting it mildly. I especially have a hard time finding a new dentist I’m comfortable with after moving. We recently moved to the Binghamton area and established our twins as patients at Dinosaur Dental. I was impressed with the office and staff and decided to try out Lalor since they’re the “adult side” of the same practice.
I have been to both the Binghamton office (checkup & cleaning) and Vestal office (sedation root canal and crown placement afterwards) and can say both offices are equally terrific. Yep, I said terrific! All of the staff, from front office staff to assistants, hygienists, and dentists are friendly, patient, and confident in each of their areas of expertise. It is such a relief to have found a practice I don’t have to be terrified of going to, and know I’ll get equally great care with any of the providers I see. I’ve recommended them to quite a few people because everyone deserves an experience as good as the ones I’ve had at Lalor Family Dental. If all dental offices were this good the term “dental anxiety” would not exist!

Dr. Mandigka is amazing! Have had dental work done recently. She is very personable, and professional. Not to mention she does great work. The entire staff at Lalor is great!

So disappointed
Three calls to finance, finally got a return call. Said he was to busy training is why he didn’t call.
Waited till the end of summer for the procedure and called office for the appointment with the oral surgeon.
They said he was not scheduling till January and that his scheduler Tonya would call sometime within the next couple months to schedule my appointment.
No call so I called back two more times and they said she would call me back.
Finally someone said that she should have called by now and went to talk to her.
After all this, I was told that the surgeon did not think he could handle the broken tooth.
All this wasted time, they had all the info and X-rays back at the beginning, it would have been more appropriate and honest to have known that months ago.

I have severe dental anxiety and haven't taken the best care of my teeth in a professional sense because of that. The staff was very good with me, sure they all probably had their own opinions about my mouth but they didn't make me feel bad, instead they tried to help me feel comfortable and safe. I wish all experiences were like this. Thanks!

I have been a patient at Lalor Dental since I was a child. Their staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The office offers free refreshments and snacks to patients, as well as a play area for young patients. I highly recommend this office!
