Lalor Family Dental in Vestal has the nicest staff and a friendly atmosphere. When you walk in, you truly don't even feel like you're at the dentist. I have been going to Lalor Family Dental in Vestal for the past 5 years. I love my dental hygienist, Melanie. She is so kind and gentle, yet quick and thorough. She does my cleaning the old fashioned way because the electric way makes me uncomfortable. The best dental ever! The staff are amazing and nice! My dentist is very careful and caring coz on my last visit I was pregnant. I am usually scared to dentist but ever since going here I am not nervous at all coz I know that they are capable and know what they are exactly doing! Thank you lalor

Going to see a dentist used to consist of a half-attentive receptionist followed by snide comments from the dentist about minor aesthetic imperfections and should-haves. It’s a night and day difference going to Lalor. The entire staff that I dealt with during my visit was welcoming and communicated with me to make me feel like I was a human being instead of just another paycheck. Any suggestions were about what to do going forward, knowing that I can’t change the past. And when I asked questions it didn’t seem like answering them was an inconvenience.

Everyone here is amazing! I have some complicated medical issues that cause dental problems. The dentists understand this and work with me to find the best solution we can with my limitations. Their dental work is well done and I have no complaints. Every single person I've interacted with there has been incredibly nice and friendly.
