Fraudulent dentist office. I called and asked if they took Federal Blue Cross, Blue Shield as I am a federal employee. They said yes, so I made an appointment. At the appointment they told me they were only taking xrays because I was a new patient and that the cleaning would be in another appointment (surprise, surprise). I asked at that first appointment whether there would be an additional charge for this, and they said no. I go to the second appointment, they clean my teeth. Then at the end, they said I owe them $160 for the two appointments. I told them I'm not paying that, and they send harassing letters, threatening to turn it over to collections. I've never in my life dealt with inappropriate and fraudulent behavior like this. I will be contacting the BBB. Go there as a patient at your own risk!!
