Great experience during corona virus times. Safe practices in place. Communication from the office was good (emails, texts, etc.). Beth, dental hygienist, was awesome and Dr. Crank was very friendly and personable. Glad I found this practice.

Being "out of town" and needing some dental problems resolved led me to the High Country Dentistry in Boon, NC.
I was very impressed with the wonderful attitude, the perfectionism, and the reasonable Treatment Plan of Dr. Barkley!
Being 72 years old, I have had my share of dentists over the years, so I do know what I am talking about!
Will give "updates" after my treatments!

My family and I have been searching for a good dentist and Dr. Barkley name came up on more than one occasion. I've only been a few times now and I've already highly recommended High Country Dentistry to the rest of the family. The staff is amazing ! They're all very nice and easy to talk to. What I had expected to be a scary and painful root canal experience turned out to be the complete opposite. They made me feel comfortable, reassured and was not at all the painful experience I thought it would be. And a added bonus, I got the tv remote!

Over the last couple of weeks I've visited Dr. B's office for a routine cleaning and for some fillings. I was highly impressed by the office staff from the second I walked in until the second I left. Annie cleaned my teeth and was super relatable and caring and did an excellent job. Dr. Barkley was very nice and did wonderful work. His care for his patients is also very evident. I would highly recommend a visit to Dr. Barkley and his team!

I had a tooth break and called to have it looked at. Dr. Crank did a complete exam and talked to me about the tooth, including the cost of repair and urgency. Based upon my experience with several other dental practices, there is no comparison. Yes, the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The same can be said about other practices. Dr. Crank was to the point on every item he talked to me about, he didn’t do something and surprise me with a huge bill when I went to pay, (that has happened several time at other offices) and arranged it so that I could earn the money necessary to do the repair. He is a pro, of high character, integrity and truly a dentist I look forward to the next time I am in need of any dental work. From my prospective, this review is a 5 star, no question.
