This was my first time visiting Dr. Glasscock's dentistry and it as nothing short of a great experience. First I would like to talk about the staff members that I had the pleasure of meeting.

Julie and Daisy were suuuuuper helpful in getting me an appointment that worked with my schedule as well as helped me fill out all the required forms. Even when I was struggling to figure out my insurance information they were still very helpful and patient! The combination of an online form and the help from the staff made my visit very easy and stress-free.

In terms of the staff that actually worked on my teeth Dr. Glasscock, Lisa, and Daisy were nothing short of incredible. Lisa and Daisy's bedside manner was unbelievable, I have never felt so comfortable and as informed as I have around these two. They told me everything that was happening as the process went on and were very straight forward and professional. Dr. Glasscock is also an amazing dentist. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my dental issues and did an amazing job on my tooth filling.

Overall, I would recommend Dr. Glasscock and his staff before anybody else. Everybody is so personable and professional that I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. If you live anywhere near the area, or even if you're across the state, I would recommend this dentistry. Thanks to the staff for making it an easy and fun process and I definitely will be returning here for all my dental needs.

What an experience!!!!! Thank God for a fantastic dental office!!! I am so grateful to Dr. Glasscock and his whole team, what a awsome group of professionals!! I now have a new beautiful smile and a healthy set of chompers :) The office manager provided me with a plan of treatment and the girls at the desk made it happen. I never had to call me insurance for approvals.....nothing!!!! They handled it all for me and I knew exactly what to expect!!! Thank you ladies!!! Doc was gentle and I never felt a thing. His assistant made me comfortable and kept me informed. I appreciate your whole staff and will be telling many of this positive experience....thanks again!

Dr. Glasscock and his staff are totally top notch at what they do working to help improve smiles, promote healthy dental habits which ultimately serves as a confidence builder. I’ve been a patient of his practice for close to 4 years and can’t see myself going to any other dentist. Dr. Glasscock and his staff has truly become like an extended family for me. They’re always willing to listen to my dental concerns so that I can have the dental health and smile I know I deserve. I live in RI. I had gone to my family dentist and was given a group of appointments to correct my dental issues. A friend of the family who lives in Charlotte recommended that I try Glasscock Dental. I was very apprehensive at first but with her high praise of how great this dentist was, I thought I give it a try. To be honest, I am not a fan of the dentist but I thought what did I have to lose? Since I planned on traveling there for the long Labor Day weekend, I thought I give it a shot. The dentist is by far my favorite place but the need to get this work done was top priority as it was causing me quite a bit of discomfort.
Let me say, I couldn't be happier about my experience. My window was tight because I planned on flying in on Friday morning and leaving Labor Day late day. Their office manager Julie is fantastic. I don’t know how to thank her for all her effort and time. She coordinated everything for me. She went up and beyond my expectations. She contacted my current dentist, had my x-rays sent, confirmed everything with my insurance and gave me an accurate cost assessment of my out of pocket expense. She even spent time with me to explain what my insurance does and does not cover for future reference. As a matter of fact, having Glasscock dental perform my dental procedures saved me hundred in what was previously quoted to me had I performed the work in RI. They were so thorough that after Dr. Glasscock's assessment, I was told 2 cavities that my previous dentist told me I had actually didn't exist. Do to his diligence, he saved two teeth from needless drilling and fillings. To ensure he was correct, he retook the x rays of those teeth, assessed again and confirmed the teeth in question did not need fillings. I was in complete awe. From the time I walked through the door until the time I left, the staff was efficient, friendly and courteous. There was no wait, they talked to me to ease my fear and Dr. Glasscock was great. The next day I was surprised to receive a call from Dr. Glasscock just checking to make sure I was feeling OK. It was unexpected but added to my great regard towards this dentist and his staff. So if you are a person like me who doesn’t like the dentist, than I recommend this dentist to you. You are going to be quite happy you made the switch. This morning I called my RI dentist to let them know I would not be going back. I will now coordinate my regular dental appointments based on my travel to Charlotte. I spoke to Julie and she said she will work with me to make this happen.

Dr.Glasscock and his staff are very friendly and they are amazing with me as a patient!

I have been a patient for about three or four years now and Dr. Glasscock and his team do an exceptional job. I use to hate going to the dentist until I was introduced to Dr. Glasscock. He does all his work with care and makes sure you come out of his office smiling. From day one Julie has worked with me and took the time to explain stuff to me, so I could understand. Julie is awesome, as well as the other team members and that's why I recommend Dr.Glasscock to any one!

My daughter and I were recommended to Dr. Glasscock for over 19 years and we have never left his practice. He is always professional and does outstanding work! His office staff is very kind and thoughtful too! I would highly recommend him!

Got my teeth cleaned and xrayed and Michelle was so excellent and gentle it was the best dds experience I’ve had ..!!! She was very nice, great bedside manner and gentle as can be I’d give her 10 stars if it was an option….. 👍🏾👍🏾😇

The staff has always been cordial and professional. I appreciate the punctuality so I’m not waiting long.

I have been going to this dentist since I was about 10 years old (I am now 19) and I love it. I enjoy going and truly know that I will be in great hands once I lay down on the chair. My questions are always answered by the amazing staff and I will continue to be going twice a year as long as I am I’m Charlotte. My family and I always feel welcomed, thank you.
