From the very first phone call I was drawn to this dentistry. Dr. Glasscock is phenomenal at what he does. He is confident and courteous every time I have seen him. There is never a long wait, the time I am scheduled is the time I am taken care of. His office manager is the BEST EVER! Julie knows exactly what she is doing and makes every patient feel as if they are important and deserving. She will work out all the kinks for you and make your day at the dentists a pleasant day. Last but not least Dr. Glasscock's assistant Teri makes the office feel warm and very inviting. She doesn't just assist Dr. Glasscock, she is there to assist you and make you feel relaxed. Dr. Glasscock you have a phenomenal team, I wouldn't go anywhere else as long as I am in Charlotte. I recommend them to all my family, friends and co-workers. You can not get this kind of help everywhere. Priceless!!!

I absolutely love Dr.Glasscock and his entire team. They take the time to make you feel apart of the family and not just a number. The work is superior. In regards to the one gentleman below I feel sorry he couldn't see that they clearly took the time to assess his needs instead of just getting him in and out of the office. Thank's to his entire team I am now capable of chewing on both sides of my mouth again. I was in tears do to how happy I was because I hadn't been able to eat but on one side of my mouth for over 2 years. I was embarrassed and scared with all the work I needed done do to my own lack of knowledge and oral hygiene. Thanks to the manager and financial team they helped me see that everything was fixable and able to be done on my limited income. This office goes far beyond your standard 'dental office' they have completely changed the way I see dental work. I am very pleased to say I have no hesitation going to this office versus every other office, in which I was treated only as a number and terrified to go back. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to my oral health and happiness.

I've had 4 crowns installed by Dave, two root canals, and multiple fillings. He always makes the experience as pain free as possible. The new crowns he is putting on are fantastic. I can't even tell the difference in how it feels between it and a real tooth.

For years I have had a uncomfortable anxiety about go to the Dentist. Probably like most people out there. I am happy to say that the staff at Dr. Glasscock is the most caring, respectful and professional group that I have ever done business with.
The girls in the office make sure that you are comfortable and will take every measure they can to take care of each customer.
I have personally recommended them to several of my coworkers and my entire family is now going to Dr. Glasscocks practice.
Dr. Glasscock is great at what he does and I will continue to use his services.
I am happy to say that I am no longer anxious or hesitant to go to the Dentist.

Great service from start to finish. I was very nervous because I haven’t been to the dentist in a while, but Maggie made me very comfortable while cleaning my teeth and kept my mind from worrying. I would recommend this dental office a thousand times over!!
