I’ve been seeing Dr. Pappert for over 2 years, she and her team have really made me feel at home when I see them for teeth cleanings and once when I had a cavity. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist before going to Dr. Pappert, they’ve helped me get my teeth in shape and and really feel like they are apart of my family and I’m apart of theirs. I’ve seen Dr. Kirk once when Dr. Pappert was not available and she was awesome as well.

I love Dr. Kirk. I had a procedure that took 3 different visits and each time Dr. Kirk and her Dental assistants were first and foremost concerned with not only a high quality of care but my comfort throughout the procedure. What could have been painful was totally painless and I didn't even need any pain reducers afterwards. They were kind and thorough. Best dentist ever!!!

I can't believe I haven't left a review before now! I've been coming here for 14 years, and I absolutely love the office and the staff. I didn't go to the dentist for eight years before coming here due to anxiety, and now I look forward to every appointment. Dr. Pappert is a very skilled dentist and is incredibly sweet. I love Tiernee, my hygienist, she's hilarious and amazing. Johnnie practically watched me grow up, she's like my second mom, and Sally and LeeAnn are always my first and last stop to check in and check out and just to say hello. If someone had told me 14 years ago I'd be hugging dentist office staff every time I came in, I would have accused them of getting into the Nitrous. I almost moved to Florida for work, and was still planning to fly up to Charlotte regularly so I could keep coming here. Will never go anywhere else, and will refer everyone I know.

Dr Pappert is such an amazing dentist and everyone working here is fabulous! They are so pleasant and personal and treat every person as if they are the only (and certainly most important) patient there! I’ve been going there for almost 18 years and plan to keep going even after I we move several miles away soon. Feels like family to us :)
My 7 year old daughter had three baby teeth extracted recently and (it may sound crazy but) it was SUCH a great experience! She’s been coming to Kid’s Day (magician, balloon animals, treats) here for years and even won the coloring contest once! When we determined that her teeth needed to be pulled, she was so EXCITED (#1 bc of the money she’d get from the tooth fairy and #2 bc she LOVES it there). The day of, everyone made her feel so comfortable (encouragement, tv/blanket) and the TOOTH FAIRY even showed up! The process was very quick and painless and she loves this practice more than ever now!

Every time I visit I leave confident that I am always in the best hands. Dr. Kirk and team are AMAZING! They go the extra mile for every service. I am prone to cavities and recently had an implant. The process for all work can take time and be tedious but they made scheduling appointments extremely easy and the care was exceptional at every visit. I can't say enough good things, I rave about Dr. Kirk and the office environment to everyone I know!

I first came to this office in the early 1990s. This office came highly recommended to me by my co-workers. Dr. Steiner was known to be one the top dentists in the area, and the office's general operating procedures including handpiece sterilization and use of technology were second to none. Although Dr. Steiner has since retired, this office maintains the high standards which he set in the beginning. The Dentists, Hygienists, and Office Staff are all top-notch, and you will have a very good experience with this office!
