I came in from out of town looking for a good place to repair my dental bridge. They were very good at addressing my concerns and gave great information so that I could decide on the best solution for my emergency situation. Dr. Brooks and the rest of the staff were great and I highly recommend this dental office .

I cannot tell if doctors are good, but the ladies on the front desk are not helpful and rude. At 8am I called them and they schedule the appointment for me. I took a few hours off at work. I did ask them to verify my insurance and they said it is only medical. Well, I gave them the dental phone number which I have on a back of my card and they told me that customer support said I only have medical coverage. I did call there myself and a customer service representative told me I am covered and no one was calling them about my ID number. Those ladies are too busy or did not want me to be their new client so bad, that just cancelled my appointment because 4 hours before my 2.10pm appointment wasn't enough for them to verify my insurance card. I did ask them if I can to talk to a manager or a doctor, they said that no one can talk to me. Well, I won't come there only because of the ladies who represent the company on the phone.

Dr. Dan and his crew are the best. They are very attentive and are able to fit you in when you have an emergency. Their wellness plan is great if you dont have insurance. Highly recommended.

Just found out that Dr. Dan is offering dental insurance through Eastover Dental. Since I just retired from a job which offered that, I was gladdened to hear of it. I have worked with Betsy for over 30 years keeping my teeth sparkly and healthy by twice yearly cleanings. This insurance covers that, x-rays and 15% off dental work. A bargain for someone without any dental insurance.
