Dr. Dan and his whole team were amazing. I've never ever felt so relaxed and calm in the dentist chair. They made sure I knew everything they were going to do, and that I was ok. Eastover's dentist and hygienist were super friendly and got us in and out of there in a decent time frame. Appointments are quick and easy and the entire staff does everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible during your visit - including playing awesome music while you are there! Honestly, I first came to Eastover out of convenience as it was much closer to home than my regular dentist. And as much as I loved my previous dentist, I knew after one visit, this was where I would continue going. I have a fortune's worth of dental work in my mouth and I'm pretty choosy about who I go to. Not only is Dr. Hostrander incredibly competent, he's also honest, friendly and authentically interested in you as a person, not just a client. That in itself makes it worth going, but there's so many other reasons too. The front desk staff is wonderfully helpful, efficient and super friendly. And if that wasn't enough, the dental hygienists I've had the pleasure of working with have gone above and beyond to not only make me comfortable, but have been very thorough in their work. Like, extremely thorough. I have since recommended Eastover to my husband and family members who live in Charlotte. Bottom line, I can't recommend them highly enough!

The staff at Eastover Dental were so friendly and helpful – they eased any anxiety I normally have when going to the dentist. My hygienist explained everything she was doing and why while she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Hostrander is very knowledgeable and – if this is possible – I'm almost looking forward to going back!

What a difference! I have been to many dental practices and dentists throughout my lifetime. After many bad experiences I was blown away at my experience at Eastover Dental. The staff are incredibly polite and professional and put a personalized feel on everything they touch. The dentist, Dr. Dan was the best I have ever seen and I will be sticking with him for as long as I can.
Dr. Dan Hostrander is an extremely caring individual with a confident and competent demeanor. His level of professionalism is unmatched from my previous experiences and after a handful of procedures, I knew I was getting the best care around. His older, experienced staff look to him for leadership and treat him with a great deal of respect that can only come from great skill and a caring mission.
I recommend this dental office and dentist to anyone that is looking for a new practice or is unhappy with their current office. You will not be disappointed!
