They are always on time or early. I never have to wait more then 5-10 minutes. Super nice. Very clean and top notch facility. Staff were great to deal with. They treated me not just like a patient but someone they actually cared about.

I went to Pearl Dentist for the first time the staff was very professional and courteous! I was very scared,but Nicolett explained everything slowly where as thought I was able to understand and she answered every question,she eased a lot of my fear can't wait to get the other side of my mouth cleaned!

I switched to Pearl while the COVID pandemic was still pretty hot and even though the situation was rapidly evolving, I never once felt out of place or like the staff were afraid of me when I came in for my appointments. The safety procedures were and still are strict, but don’t dehumanize me and make me feel out of place like some other practices in the area.
What I love most about the Pearl staff is that they walk me through every single step of the procedure, the treatment plan, the payment plan... EVERYTHING. Even when I’m laying back in the chair, the dental assistant is walking me through everything. “You’re going to feel pressure here”, “I’m going to spray some cold air here” “I’m going to polish the tooth, so you’ll feel some slight vibration”. As an anxious patient, this is the biggest reason why I am SO glad I found Pearl. I also love the playlist, the ambiance and the front service staff are attentive, friendly and walk you through the details of your payment. I avoided the dentist for so much of my life, until now. I highly recommend Pearl to anyone looking for a practice in Charlotte.

Great service, staff, amenities, and - most important - care. Staff really makes you comfortable with their attentiveness and genuine concern for your well-being. Signs of this objective are everywhere - from the pleasant greeting you get upon entry, to the multiple TVs (one in front of the chair and one on the ceiling), to the way the team communicates to ensure the patient’s visit-specific and long-term goals are both accomplished. Really great overall experience. Dr. Dubrinski and team are greatly appreciated and highly recommended.

I can’t say anything but great things about this place! I had my wisdom teeth removed and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. The front desk team was great with communication and coordinating my appointment. Any sort of anxiety or nervousness went out the door once the oral surgeon and her assistants came in the room and talked with me. I highly recommend this office!

Always such a great experience, from the front staff to all of the dentists! Shout out to Anna, who did a great job cleaning my teeth and making me feel right at home!

I visited this dentistry because it was very convenient location wise. The office is fancy but the doctor did a very poor job at filling my teeth. I revisited and complain that the filling doesn’t feel right, but they insisted that everything looks ok. My current dentist after seeing my x-ray said I have to redo all the fillings done at Pearl!

Pearl is wonderful dental office! They have the latest technology, provide expert service, and are friendly and welcoming. I feel comfortable going there and really trust their expertise. 10/10

The staff and hygienists were kind, patient, and explained a lot. Upscale experience!

However, one mark for not explaining the “deposit” cost for subsequent appointment.

This was the best dentist experience I ever had. Although it took a while to get an appointment they kept me up to date on all openings as they came doing there best to fit me in with both our busy schedules. Starting with the great welcoming when entering the facility- the receptionist greats you with a hand shake and a smile. My appointment was at 2 and I was brought back into my room at 2 on the button. I had the pleasure of having such friendly staff who took the time to get to know me personally and explain each step throughly. Although I don’t have a fear of the dentist, they made my experience comfortably by having Netflix available on two TVs- one in front of you and one on the ceiling when you are laid back- also with beats headphones equips to down out the drilling noise. Before each step they make sure to tell you what each treatment will cost with a spreadsheet breakdown as well as education on the condition. Lastly, they include a yearly free teeth whitening service for all patients. Sadly I’m moving back up north but am strongly considering flying back just for my teeth care, to stay with this amazing group of individuals with a clean inviting atmosphere.
