Dentistry. The upscale way. Pearl is hands down one of my favorite dental appointment experiences. It’s as if you’ve stepped into a luxury hotel stay for your teeth. The office staff and Dr. treats you like royalty. Had the pleasure of having Anna do my annual cleaning + x-rays. She is very knowledgeable & personable. Certainly recommend coming here for your dental needs. It’s top notch!!

Wonderful experience at Pearl. Customer service excellent throughout the duration of my visit from front desk to time with the dentist. Will be returning and highly recommend. 10/10.

Wow, what an experience! Having only been to your typical Family Dentist office all my life, I was very impressed with the above and beyond customer service and professionalism throughout my initial visit. Dr. Jenna and her Assistant Shannon are so passionate about their patients and their dental care. I would highly recommend Pearl Dentistry to anyone looking to have affordable dental work done or wanting to make a change.

This was my first visit to Pearl and I’m extremely disappointed l waited this long. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I felt completely at ease and almost forgot I was at the dentist. Every detail of my visit was explained to me in terms that I could actually understand and never once was I unsure about my decisions. If you are in the market for a new dentist please visit Pearl right away. Thank you Taylor and Dr. Jenna for an amazing experience!

I've never had the best luck with dentists. Some nearly destroyed my mouth with poor performance, some did just a quick patch job in hopes I would come back for the bigger procedure. I've found a few here and there that aren't awful, but I would have wished they were more clear on what they were doing to me, or had been more gentle.

So with all that in mind, Pearl is the greatest dentist office I have ever been to. The staff, from the front door secretaries , to all the assistants/nurses, to my dentist, Dr. Susie, are all amazing. Besides everyone just being so very kind and caring, my favorite thing is when doctors/nurses TELL you what they are about to do to you. I always get nervous in any medical appointments I have, so I really appreciate it when they tell me if they are about to poke, or pour water, or scrap, or do anything to me. It's the little things like that that make them shine.

Dr. Susie is fantastic. Gentle and very knowledgeable. First time I left a dentist after getting 3 crowns and didn't feel awful or was in pain right after. So happy I found her.

The office itself is awesome. It's like a cool night club. Makes me feel like I'm going out instead of going to the dentist, ha. But the super comfortable chairs and two TVs with Netflix really does put you at ease. They also offer you sparkling water! It's all very comfy and cozy. Kinda reminds me back in the day when my old dentists would spend thousands of dollars on some fancy statue for the lobby, when they could have invested that into a a pair of headphones for the client to listen to and not worry about hearing all the drilling. Just my two cents, ha.

But thank you to everyone at the Peal staff on College Street! You make going to the dentist a joy and really make me fell calm. I leave the office knowing my teeth as well taken care of and I'm in the best hands. Thank you!

Very nice and super clean state-of-the-art facility, friendly staff. Had not been back to a dental office for cleaning since quarantine so I may have more build up than usual but Nicolette, my hygienist, was nothing but patient and kind. She did such a thorough job and even apologized for taking so long, which is not at all her fault. My experience with Dr. Jenna was excellent as well. She only tell me to m
to get things done when it is really necessary.

I went in for my bi-annual cleaning and a filling repair recently and couldn’t be happier with my first experience at Pearl. My hygienist was incredibly friendly and chatty, and made the process much more relaxed. Dr. Jenna handled the filling repair, and I never felt a thing. She was super gentle and took great care to make sure I was comfortable the whole time and had a good experience with what would have otherwise been a rough way to start the day!

I’ve been going to Pearl for years (I think since 2015). Throughout the years I’ve received nothing but the most amazing care from Jen (the best hygienist around) and from several of the dentists like Dr Jenny and Dr Jenna.

The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, they are on point with reminders and using technology to update forms.

If you’re new in the Charlotte area there is no better dentistry around.

Do they really need another 5 star review to drive the point home? I guess it couldn’t hurt. Very kind reception from the moment I walked in. Yes, the Netflix with comfy headphones while you’re in the chair is an awesome perk. What impressed me most is that despite a technical issue with creating the appointment, the front desk folks teamed up and helped work me in when they could have just said “sorry, guess you gotta reschedule”. That to me is 5 star service.

Like most people, I usually hate the dentist- But Anna and Dr. Suzie were great with communication and beyond friendly. The reception staff is also incredibly warm, inviting, and helpful. Anna was conscious of any discomfort I was feeling during my cleaning and it was virtually painless. They answer questions thoroughly. Scheduling is easy and text reminders are helpful. I’ll be back in another 6 months! Thanks Pearl!
