I’ve been going to Pearl for about 5 years now. I’ve never experienced any issues and they are always on top of everything and on point with service. I do highly recommend going to Pearl if you are new in the area of Charlotte and or looking to switch dentists because they are also quick with their appointments and value the customers time.

I'm a little torn between posting a phenomenal review and a phenomenal review. Dr Jenna and her team are the absolute best dentists I've ever had and I've had plenty thru my travels of life. Her professionalism, knowledge, bedside manner, communication, patience, everything... is off the charts spectacular. You actually feel like a cared for patient and not a number going thru a toll... (which many in the medical field these days make you feel). From the front desk staff, to Dr Jenna and everyone in between I've got nothing but wonderful things to say. Her team is a gem and Charlotte is lucky to have them.

Perfect in every way! Very nice and clean office. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Jessica did awesome with figuring out my insurance needs. Maranda did a great job at cleaning my teeth and was gentle on my teeth. She explained everything I needed to know and understand. Dr Jenna Did a great job on the exam of my teeth and recommendations on what I could do to improve my smile. All around great experience. I will definitely be back!!

My experience at Pearl has been great - from the friendly staff to the beautiful office. You almost forget you are at a dentist office until you sit in the chair! BUT what I love most about Pearl is Dr. Jenna Montminy - she is superb, very attentive, engaged, informative and always available for questions via email and phone.
The parking isn’t great but the office experience far outweighs that minor inconvenience. So do yourself a favor and make an appointment!

Such a great experience with Dr Anthony and Mackenzie! Beautiful facilities with really sweet people. And the Netflix is an added touch! A really safe and comfortable dentist experience. Would highly recommend!

So most reviews consist of the typical “they did a great job” or “wow my teeth are so clean”, which by the way is 100% true. What I really want to touch on is the staff. The entire front end; Nick, Bre, Kristin, and Reagan are phenomenal. As someone who often forgets appointments, doesn’t respond or confirms them, and has a habit of running a little behind, they were more than happy to accommodate. Based off of service and result alone, I wouldn’t consider another dentist office in the area.
Not to mention the playlist makes me want to go to Ink and Ivy and throw a rager, which is different than my usual attitude while visiting the dentist.
Now for the back end, Erika was professional, helpful, and not too hard on me, which again, is a rarity for the dentist. Which leads me to Dr. Anthony, came in, asked me how my day was and offered his professional opinion and came up with a game plan to but me and my teeth in the best position to have a confident, healthy, smile (and clean). 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone at Pearl is so helpful, kind, upbeat, and helpful. I’ve had several insurance changes and am a teacher so I cannot do many normal appointment times. They always help me find the best option and are so accommodating. Thank you Pearl!
