I love Loveland!! We are new patients , however I feel like I’ve known Dr. Walker forever ! The girls up front are also wonderful!!! If I could give Dr. Loveland, Dr. Walker, and the whole group 100 stars, I would! I had a fantastic appointment that included two fillings, my first ever, with Dr. Walker. He was very kind and knowledgeable! My 8 year old supposedly needed four fillings—according to the pediatric dentist. The first filling for her at the pediatric dentist was a horrendous experience, and she cried, begging me not to take her back. So I immediately called Dr. Loveland’s office and explained the situation. Jody, at the front desk, got my daughter scheduled immediately with Dr. Loveland. Dr. Loveland and the hygienist we absolutely AMAZING!!! They explained everything to my daughter and made her feel comfortable and cared about. Turns out she only needed three small fillings and a sealer on the fourth. Dr. Loveland treated her like her own daughter!! My kiddo left smiling, laughing, and hugging Dr. Loveland and the hygienist! The receptionist that does check out was fantastic as well. She asked how my daughter did,how her experience went, and welcomed her to the practice!! Everyone is positive, sweet, GENTLE, treats you like you are family, and genuinely cares about your overall well being!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Loveland and her dental group!!!!!! 💕💕💕 HIGHLY recommend!!!!
