Loveland Dental Group

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but the team at Loveland Dental are the best I have ever been too. They are phenomenal from the receptionist to the Dr herself. An absolutely brilliant team. I would highly recommend going here to anyone.

Although it was just a routine checkup, this dental office is always bright, cheery and very efficient.
I saw Melissa and Dr. Walker. It was too busy to see Dr. Loveland so I hope to see her in six months.

I have never been a big fan of going to the dentist. Sure, the noises, tools, and occasional needle to numb a gum all scare me but more importantly, I have always felt like I am just a dollar sign when I walk in a dentist’s doors instead of a valued client.

At Loveland Dental Group though, majority of my concerns and frustrations with the dentist disappeared. My first impression was with Hayley and from her work and customer service alone, Loveland Dental Group will forever have my business as long as I am in North Carolina. My first appointment was for a crown and both Hayley and Dr. Walker made me feel well at home despite my high blood pressure trying to take control of the room.

My second appointment was for a cleaning and my third and most recent appointment was for some final fillings. All of these within a month’s span and I have zero complaints about any penny that I had to spend out of pocket thanks to the entire staff’s professionalism and service.

The intention of this review isn’t to promote my dental records but instead to encourage any and every new customer looking for a great dentist to stop by Loveland Dental Group. Every visit I have had has been a memorable one for the right reasons. Even if my insurance doesn’t cover ‘enough’ in my opinion, I don’t feel like it’s the office trying to take my money. Instead, I feel like a valued friend that they are looking out for. The experience has been like no other to say the least.

This is a very professional, yet fun, dental services provider. Wonderful people, top technology, and caring professionals. Although I still consider myself a new patient, I believe I have found the best dental office in the area.

I’m not one who is excited to go to the dentist. When I had an issue with a prior filling I was very anxious about finding a new dentist to help, but finding Dr. Loveland was the best experience I could hope for. Not only was her staff able to get me in the same day I called, but they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and calm. Dr. Loveland herself is such a warm and wonderful personality, she was very knowledgeable and treated me like a friend or family and not just another patient. I highly recommend this office to anyone in the Lake Norman, NC area.

I was super impressed with this dental office and Dr Loveland. As a new patient, my chipped tooth was treated as an emergency appointment warranting a lunchtime visit first day after Christmas holidays. It was a breeze to work with the front desk and patient information, quickly taken back to assistant who prepared me, followed very soon by the Doctor who expertly who swiftly and flawlessly repaired the missing piece! Family and friends had highly recommended this dentist and I'm in agreement! Happy to have found a dental home here in NC! Thanks to everyone there! I highly recommend.

I would give them 50 stars if I could these guys are the greatest. They're friendly and personable and get a job done very quickly I needed to have a crown replaced that fell off and they made it right there and I was in and out in 90 minutes.. The staff talks to you and really cares about you and how you're feeling and what you're going through.

From the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist were professional, helpful and extremely nice. I will continue to use as my dental group and would highly recommend to family and friends

I've been in dentist and orthodontist chairs having major work done since I was 11yrs old and I just turned 56yrs old on 12/15/2021.
When my daughter and I were referred to Dr. LOVELAND office by my mom I was hesitant because I've never been effectively treated correctly.
Since 1st appointment here for both my daughter and I, it's been like FAMILY EVERYONE in that office, not just a few but Everyone treated us like family and Dr. Loveland is TOP NOTCH, TOP QUALITY in every detail including the smallest.
I believe it was God that finally got my daughter I his office.
