Our family of 4 including a son with special needs have been treated here for 9 years. We moved to Huntersville 9 years ago from Maryland and was very relieved how comfortable our children were with the staff here. It’s a very low turnover rate so we enjoy seeing the same friendly faces and even the Dr takes a personal interest in our care. We’re always treated as family and have great conversations as well as incredible treatments.
They remember details about us, our previous conversations and some joking/playing around with my husband/kids about sports and each other’s teams.
It means a lot to know we aren’t just another number in the door that day. It reassuring with my sons medical issues that they take a vested interest in his safety and their bond with him. We’ve always recommend them and glad we could share a window inside a patients experience here.
On a professional note, they’re honest and upfront about any treatment options. They have additional financial options they accept and you can apply for. They are out of our network however well worth it. With their billing practice, at times a broken up treatment plan and the availability for medical credit we have been able to maintain everyone’s dental needs. I’m not ever one that has like going to the doctor or the dentist but I never hesitate to make an appointment!

My family and I have been going to Dr Haines and his crew for 10+ years. Absolutely love his staff, professionalism and bed side manner. Went in today with my first Crown - wasn’t real thrilled obviously, but it was harmless. Great staff, music on headphones and walked out with my new Crown- no pain - Definitely recommend!

I am amazed each time I go to this office. The staff is always friendly, courteous and very efficient. I'm always at ease here.
My Hygienist, Kathy, is, very, thorough with her examination and talks over any potential problems. She performs her task flawlessly.
Dr. Haines has been my dentist, exclusively, for approx. 10 years, now. This past visit was, surprisingly, different. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr, Claire Papp who, also, did the final examination.
