White & Haines Advanced Dentistry

I highly recommend Dr. White. His staff is exceptional! Cheri assisted me in getting me in to see Dr. White quickly and securing my dental records. Dr. White examined some issues I was experiencing and developed a plan. Dr. White’s dental assistant, Maya, is so kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. I walked out the same day with a brand new crown made in the office. The entire office staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

I've been going to White & Haines Dentistry for 15 years, since I was 5 years old, and throughout those years Dr. Haines has not only been an amazingly thorough Dentist but an incredible role model for me and my brothers and an amazing friend to both of my parents. Every hygienist I've had has been amazing, personable, and non-judgmental. Both Dr. Haines and my hygienist not only do amazing work on my teeth but also do an incredible job at working with my extreme anxiety when it comes to bigger procedures. I would recommend coming here no matter what age you are!!

I had the worst toothache and my regular dentist couldn’t see me until 2 weeks out. They were able to get me in on short notice and I’m so thankful for that! They were compassionate, understanding and even let me listen to the music of my choice during the procedure! They really care and you can tell. I will be coming here in the future!

I previewed their ratings and checked out their online video detailing their practice. I was impressed by what I saw on the video, including the personal stories/reviews of current or past patients. I then checked to see if my insurance was accepted by their practice, which it is. So, I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. Their earliest available appt. was late April but was told that they would call me if someone cancelled. I got the call this morning from them letting me know that they had an 11a opening. I accepted it!

Okay, I am a stickler about dental hygienists because they set the stage for my overall impression of the practice. Also, you tend to spend more time with them than the dentist, if you don't have major issues.

The hygienist exceeded all of my expectations! She was personable, engaging, and explained with great detail everything that she was doing. She made me feel so comfortable that I caught myself snoozing while she cleaned my teeth. What was so amazing is that no water splashed on my face during the cleaning and rinsing! That's excellence in my book.

The dentist came in before the cleaning and welcomed me to the practice. He chatted with me briefly before examining the x-rays and each area of concern while conversing with the hygienist. He suggested a treatment plan going forward and I was elated that it was not as bad as I thought.

A trip to the dentist can be scary and expensive, but am so excited to say that White & Haines are neither! They exceed my expectations and I look forward to a great smile at the end of this journey. Thanks guys!

As always, team was always sensitive to my needs, quick, and friendly. Dr. Haines and staff are amazing. My wife and I are so lucky to have found such a great office here in the Cornelius area.

Very informative and helpful to answer any and all questions. On their site you can see and hear videos from people that have had extensive to simple dental work done. All very pleased with their results. Will be having some extensive dental work done soon.

They are an "Outstanding Dentistry Practice", to be more specific. My wife and I have been a patient for over 6-years and we never wait to be seen for more than 5-minutes from arrival. They are so friendly it's like visiting your family. Everyone is so kind, attentive and gentle in their interactions with you. The facility is absolutley meticulously clean, the care at all levels is incredibly professional and precise. They listen to your needs and don't push you to do extra un-necessary work, their follow-up and scheduling is incredibly flexible and precise and they are very reasonably priced with lots of insurance and pay plan options. I honestly can't imagine a more professionally run Dentistry Practice than White & Haines Dentistry.
