Claire and her team are absolutely amazing. They are extremely nice and go into great detail when explaining your treatment plan. They also do a great job explaining and reviewing your payment options, so you always know what you’ll be paying at each step in your treatment plan. I highly recommend this dentistry practice. In fact me and my boyfriend Both started going here because of how great of an experience I had.

This was my first visit and it was a great experience. I was hesitant at first due to a poor experience at another facility. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They put my nerves at ease and made my visit a very pleasant experience.

I have been avoiding the dentist for about 8 years. This experience was painless and actually very pleasant!
From Alyssa who did the most thorough workup I've ever had to Dr Papp who was charming to Cheri who worked with me to get the most out of their membership program, I couldn't be more pleased!
Every single one took the time to make sure I understood the process and the findings during the exam. Alyssa was so knowledgeable, Dr Papp was straightforward about what was priority and what could wait, and Cheri worked with me to make the plan financially easier.
I highly recommend this practice. Actually looking forward to getting my work done. This is the best my smile has looked in years.

Dr. Papp and my hygienist Erica were extremely friendly during my first visit, and made sure I felt comfortable and that all of my questions were answered! I am already looking forward to bringing my daughter there for her first dental visit

I hate going to the dentist, I know, hate is a strong word but I’ve had more than a few problems when going to the dentist. At White and Haines I was made comfortable both mentally and physically. I was give a blanket, and they explain everything to me. Then gave me a chance to ask questions, allowing me to have an active role in my care, reducing my anxiety. I’m still afraid of the dentist but at least I was able to make my next appointment without having to go home and take a nap first. One other thing if you are like me they do offer sedation if you need it.

Best dentist I’ve ever had. Been going to Dr. Haines (and Kathy my hygienist) for 10 years and they always do a great job. Very thorough and professional and always take a steady, conservative approach to services beyond cleaning. Definitely recommend.

You guys were above excellent in every aspect. Dr Steve performed a very difficult procedure with total competence and superior skills. I never felt any pain (not even the slightest) and was so comfortable and relaxed I started to drift off to sleep several times. The assistants Melissa and Betsy very compassionate and caring and went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed. Their competency and skills were exceptional as well. All in all for a difficult procedure that was approximately 2.5 hours, I have never received such care and service. I will never go anywhere else for any of my dental needs.
