Staff was pleasant and friendly but a Lil false advertising on social media among a few other things. I don’t know how a doc can tell someone they have a mouth full of infection and so nothing about it and to tell someone that has no insurance ( because a self employed person can’t afford it) that it will cost over $20,000 to fix their mouth. This is why I don’t go to doctors or dentist they all lie and are greedy and don’t care about nothing but money. So much for renewing my faith in the medical profession. I’ll just have to take my chances. I guess. Or maybe SUE for telling me about the infection and not doing anything about it. What a waste of my time and gas. Cost me over $600 just for you tell me that between gas milage time away from work and your office visit

My visit to Bright Smiles was certainly a great experience. I really enjoyed interacting with the staff members. The service was awesome. It was "painless" and fast. In fact, they were very friendly and kind. They even made me feel at home and I cannot wait to see them again for my next appointment.

I had implants done there and had problems. When they were placed in I noticed the spaces between the gum and implants. When I asked about it Dr. Hamid told me that the gum would grow over the implants. After time and waiting for it to happen it never did so I went back to see about him replacing them since it was his mistake. As he entered the room: with my back to him; without even looking at them, he told me that he would not replace them. He never looked at them at all. I asked him if I would have to live with it and he told me, "Yes." So my next step is to take him to court and let the judge decide if I have to live with it or not. This is my review and I will stick behind it!
