Dr. Rouhani and his staff are amazing! I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 5 years so I was a little nervous to make an appt, but I am so glad I did. My initial cleaning was completely painless and actually relaxing. The hygienist Mandy (or Mindy?) was very gentle and nice. I came back this morning for a few fillings and Dr. Rouhani did a great job- again, no pain whatsoever!! I highly recommend his practice!!

Great place! Going to the dentist has always been very stressful for me,but Dr.Rouhani and the staff make it as painless as possible. He is very patient as are the hygienists. I don't even feel the injections when I have dental work done. Won't be going anywhere else!
Added a year later to my original review* I decided to go ahead with Invisalign treatment with Dr. Rouhani and I am nearing the end of my treatment. It has been an extremely positive experience and my teeth and bite have improved greatly. Dr.Rouhani and the staff made the entire process easy,painless and stress free. I would highly recommend Bright Smiles if your interested in Invisalign for yourself.

I just finished my Invisilign treatment through Bright Smiles, and am so happy with the results! From start to finish, the office provides professional service with great communications. The scheduling and reminders are consistent, and there was almost zero wait time at appointments. Importantly, the Invisilign worked to fix my teeth crowding so that my smile is much more comfortable (and easy to clean!). They work hard to make sure the results are just right, without cutting corners. Thankful for the experience!

A SCAM ARTIST!! STAY AWAY!! We were told my mom needs a crown, maybe a root canal, had multiple cavities when she didn't have a history of cavities. He made the situation the worst thing possible, same thing with my father after his visit. The scam artist wanted to charge us $3,000-$7,000. Took my mother to 2 other dentist, ALSO went to UNC Dental School to confirm his "claims" and was told the exact OPPOSITE by 3 different institutions, and multiple different dentists agreed. She was told her teeth are HEALTHY, and his claims are false. Other reviews stated similar experience, and I will file a report with the NC Dentist Board and the American Dental Association.
