Worst experience at a dentist ever. I went there with a wisdom tooth that hurt. The dentist assured me it was the tooth next to it. The day of my appointment the office had a fill in dentist. He had no bedside manner and quite literally ripped a back molar out in less than 10 minutes. I am now still in pain with my wisdom tooth over a month later. These guys are obviously just trying to make money. The primary dentist drives around in a Range Rover I'm sure he paid for with people just like me. Make a quick buck off those that can't afford health or dental insurance, keep them coming back so he can make his car payments. Don't go here. It may be a little less expensive than other places, but you obviously get what you pay for. Total crap.

I have been going to Bright Smiles for 2 years now and it has been a 5 star experience from day one. I highly recommend them.

I have not been to this business since March 24th 2015, and today I get a bill dated May 12th 2018 for $56. For one thing, I left not because of the Dr., but the white lady that handles billing was rude and unprofessional. She stated that I could not purchase their insurance because I had insurance already even though I purchased their insurance months ago and received my 2 free cleanings. I paid approximately $250 for their insurance that now they say I can't use. She refunded my money because I complained about them selling me a insurance now I can't use. It had been past 3 years which is the NC statute of limitations and I am requesting a finalized bill with a zero balance no later than the 30th of June 2018 or i will file a complaint with the NC insurance commissioner.

My 9 year old daughter needed a cross and overbite corrected. She also needed her pallet spread wider to accommodate her adult teeth. Dr. Rouhani took care of everything! We started out with an appliance that fit into her mouth that was easy to manage instead of bulky head gear. It worked very well. Then he bonded spacers to her bottom molars to finish the job. He is an expert at caring for children and adults. I am in the final stages of invisalign as well. Invisalign is the easiest and best product to use if you need braces. Dr. Rouhani and staff are happy and helpful at every visit. They are always eager to help and will slip you into the schedule same day in an emergency. My whole family are patients at Bright Smiles. I highly recommend these folks for all your dental needs.
