It’s hard enough to find a dentist, but I have have called twice with months in between these calls and never got a response. Abscess tooth is an emergency and they can’t even answer the phone.

It takes months to get an appointment booked with them that will be anywhere 4-6 months out. I had a dental emergency they told me to come in as a walk in that they see 2-3 per day. Okay I go, I show up at 6:40 am to get in line at the door (doors don't open until 7:45) I'm 2nd in line. So I wait the hour only to be told that two guys who showed up after me will be seen because they were there the day before and the guy who was 1st in line. So I along with everyone else was sent away and told to come back and try waiting in line again. It's ridiculous to have to stand in line in the dark mornings to be able to be seen as a walk in type. They used to have it to where you could call by a certain time in the morning and come in after 5 once a week. Seems that would be a safer option to me.

It takes so long to get appt. Also, when walk in, they give preferences even if your first in the wait line.. Very disappointed. There dentist are good though and Stephanie is great also..

Super sweet staff. Very kind and caring. They helped me in a dental emergency and worked with my income. The dentist was nice and caring. Didnt feel judgment and rushed. I would recommend to anyone!

Daughter was suppose to be seen they said because I had my other kids with me that they would call and reschedule and they never did and they said they would call me to schedule another appt for my sons cavities and never did
