Dr. Arthur was very thorough with his work and made me feel very comfortable. First time I have never felt pain or pressure when getting a tooth pulled. The whole staff is very professional and supportive of your needs. Thankful to have found this dentist!!

I had such a great experience, they was able to get me right in with one side of my mouth hurting and did exams and x-rays and I was told I needed 5 teeth pulled I didn't want to be put to sleep and they made me feel so comfortable and now today all 5 teeth are out and I feel so much better. Everyone is so friendly and nice, so clean from lobby all the way to the back. I highly recommend Arthur & Arthur!

As a new patient, perhaps it is necessary to have panoramic and bite wings, however i had images done at my primary dentist in NH only 9 months ago ( i winter in NC ). It would have been much appreciated to have been asked and told the cost in advance as there might have been a conversation and images transferred. The additional cost , as I came in for a cleaning, was a bit of a shock.
The hygienist and Dr. Arthur were great!
As a footnote, I am self-insured for dental.

Had an old crown come off while flossing. Called Arthur and Arthur for an appointment explaining what happened and that I was in no pain and they were able to see me the following day. Dr Arthur examined the tooth and the crown and upon seeing that there was no decay in the tooth and no damage to the crown, he explained that it had simply lost adhesion so he was able to replace it quickly. Everyone there is so pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommend this practice!

I have just had the most pleasant and professional new dental patient orientation and exam that I have had in the last 60 years.
I felt surrounded by a large family whose main interest was to put a beautiful and healthy smile back on my face, without bankrupting me.
It will be such a relief to restore my good dental health, so I can continue being an effective family caregiver. 🤗

Excellent place! From the front desk to the check out, everyone is kind and welcoming. Both Drs are exceptionally kind, thorough and have your best interest at heart. X-ray tech and hygienist are wonderful! They explained everything and answered any questions that I had! Wonderful place, will definitely return!
