The staff was really nice. The assistant was very nice and asked me question and asked if I have anything I want to ask. The dentist Mrs. Arthur was wonderful and gentle and kind. From the moment we walk into the lobby until the moment we left, we were treated with respect, kindness, and like family! You walk in and you feel the peacefulness of the office. You are greeted by name, wait for just a few minutes go to the room. You know that whatever the problem is will be taken care of quickly, even if it's only a cleaning. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. I have been lucky enough to be seen by both of the dentists and I highly recommend either or both. I have had multiple procedures done already and so has my son. I am so happy that we have found Arthur and Arthur Dentistry, they are a God send!

I have been going to Arthur and Arthur Denistry for a few years and I have never been disappointed in my visits. The whole office from the receptionist to the hygienist to the Dentist are really nice and knowledgeable and I will continue to go there. Yesterday I had Savannah and I saw Evan. They never try to 'upsale' anything to make more money. You can trust them. And that is one of the reasons why I like them....trust. 👍

Going to the dentist can be a very anxious experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you are welcomed and made to feel at ease! The procedure I had, was supposed to be horrible. I met with Dr. Hartsell for the first time. She recognized my discomfort and nervousness and was so kind and professional. She took the time to explain all options and went out of her way to be gentle. The whole process from check in to check out was easy and pleasant. My whole family will be seeing her.
Edit: 8/9/21: my entire family has been to see both doctors and they are both wonderful. The entire staff is helpful and professional. We drive 45 minutes to and from and are happy to do it.
