Very pleasant front office. Savanna was very caring and professional. Dr Arthur has great interaction skills. He explained everything and gave options to consider. After discussing the treatment plan I was comfortable going forward with his recommendation.
Will surely tell others of the wonderful service of this office.

Really nice 👌 I like them here I feel like I was looked after the way a patient should be taken care of. I highly recommend this office and I will keep coming back as long as I can. I have been here before and Mrs Arthur was who l first seen she was very nice and I really was glad to have a dentist who was concerned about the health of my teeth and all, Today I met her husband who came In and looked at my teeth after having them clean and just like her he was very concerned about my teeth and asked if I had any issues I was really nervous about the new dentist here but after meeting both of them I feel very much cared for I will be bringing both my kids here as well for now on glad to have them in highpoint.

Thank you for a wonderful experience! My dental hygienist, Ms. Burr was so kind and helpful. Dr Evan explained in detail, what needs to be done. Everyone in the office were very kind.

UPDATE: Took my 3-year-old for his first ever dental appointment. We saw the other dentist and a different hygienist this time. The same (high) level of care was extended to us, reinforcing my original impression of the practice. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate those here and highly, let me repeat, HIGHLY recommend Arthur & Arthur.

ORIGINAL: I haven’t even left the parking lot from my visit but HAVE to leave my review. I have not been to the dentist in over 15 years from bad childhood experiences and young adulthood neglect. Every single person I interacted with at the office was kind and patient with me. I was able to understand the process and my options moving forward. I didn’t feel humiliated by my teeth, yet rather comfortable and excited to visit again in a few weeks and begin fixing my issues. One tooth was filled on the spot and I have zero complaints about it. This is THE dentist you want to see. If everyone has the experience here I just did there would be no fear or anxiety around oral health. Don’t hesitate, call.

Highly recommend Arthur and Arthur if you are looking for a dentist! I, nor my husband, have had the same dentist growing up because we couldn’t find one we trusted or felt comfortable at. I went here to get teeth whitening for my wedding, everyone I interacted with was wonderful! My husband had to go multiple times to get some work done on his teeth, he dreaded going because of past experiences, but was relieved after his first appointment when everyone treated him so kindly and was happy with the work he had done! Not many people get excited about going to the dentist, but Arthur and Arthur do their best to make sure you are comfortable, well taken care of and they make sure you have the best experience you can at your appointment. Everyone on their staff is great! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Arther and Arther Dentistry is such a great place! Super sweet staff to welcome you as you come in and they make it a point to be extra gentle with you while you are in the chair receiving treatment so you are as comfortable as possible. We have moved all of our children over from their children’s dental office as well. They are very accommodating when you need to get in for an appointment also, sometimes same day if needed. We highly recommended them for all your dental needs :)

Clean, modern, and spacious office! The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. Arthur took time to answer all my questions and adjust a new mouth guard to the perfect fit. Highly recommend!

Not only was the staff so welcoming, the service that I had was very pleasant! That's not usually something that you say when visiting the dentist. The dentist himself was informative and very knowledgeable! Made up for a negative past experience I had at another dentist office. Looking forward to my next cleaning!
