I haven’t been to a dentist in about three years because of a horrible experience at a Cherryville office (the Destist tried to drill out stains that were on my molars since I was a kid & charged a horrible out of pocket fee, even with insurance). Walking in a little nervous, they explained everything they were doing (X-rays, polishing, cleaning, etc) and were exceptionally professional. I’ve also never seen a Destist office with TV’s playing movies over the exam chairs. As a millennial I enjoyed watching the Lion King while getting my teeth cleaned. :) 10/10 experience & will refer anyone I see to this office. Thank you to all of the staff for making me feel right at home.

I was very scared at first, but had a bad experience in the past with dentist's. I will honestly have to say that Dr. Naylor is amazing and so is his staff! So nice and very understanding! Oh and definitely patient!

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get scheduled here! My partner has been trying to schedule an extraction for weeks. He was told they couldn't schedule for Mondays until Friday (the business day before) then he calls Friday morning and the schedule is booked! How is that even possible if they only schedule one business day in advance?? He tried to do a walk in since he was previously told they do not schedule in advance, and he was told to schedule! Makes 0 sense.

This is a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff, hygienist and dentists are all very friendly. Very little wait and they have massaging chairs. There is a small kids area. You really can tell that they care about the people they serve.

They are always gentle and patient with our family. We are little scardy cats... well I am 😸 But the staff always makes me feel comfortable.

Great customer service and a friendly, compassionate staff, from the women up front to the assistants and doctor in the back. I have always dreaded the dentist and the was not only the best dental experience that I’ve ever had, but just one of the best as far as customer service and feeling good when you walk out the door. Thorough explanation of the procedure and very clean, with no nervousness as far as COVID. I’m one of those overly cautious people and I was comfortable the entire time. I’d recommend them to anyone. Stay safe out there.

Used to be a good place. Now they try to rob you. Made an appointment for a crown and wasn't told about any fees. I come in and they say I had to pay 850 to get it done. After someone I know with the same insurance policy got it done with no penny out of pocket. Sounds to me like the girls up front wanted an eventful weekend. Not coming back again

Great dental office!!! They keep the place very clean. Last time I was in it smelled of sunshine and Spring flowers. All of the hygienists I’ve seen are amazing. They are gentle, do great work, and are just all around cool 😎. Everyone there is professional and friendly. They also do their best to help you understand your insurance and any out of pocket costs before getting work done. You won’t regret making this office your dental home!

Love this place!! Great staff. Great location. I’ve always had good experiences with the dentist but haven’t been in years. Have to admit, I was a little nervous today for my procedure but absolutely no need to be! They communicate through the whole process and they’re incredibly gentle! Would definitely recommend for everyone but especially if you’ve had negative experiences in the past! They’ll turn it around!

Very sweet, polite staff. Eric was great! First time I've never felt pain or discomfort during an extraction! I've definitely found my new dentist office.
