I have been going to Comfort and Care Dentistry of Lincolnton over 10 years. During my visits I always receive an exceptional experience. The entire staff and doctors are professional, caring, and friendly. I appreciate the level of concern and treatment the doctors and hygienist provides me with. If you are looking for a new dental office I highly recommend this practice because of the valued commitment to patient comfort and care of your teeth!

Just had a tooth extracted from here. I have been to many different dentist and oral surgeons and I will say this is one of the best. The doctor was very kind, they were patient with the time it took to numb my mouth completely. The doctors assistant was kind as well. I definitely want to come back for future dental health care needs.

I LOVE this dentist office! I have always hated going to the dentist when I was younger I had a bad experience of a very rude and judgemental dentist who did nothing but degrade me the whole time! I went yesterday for a consultation with them and the office staff is great! The doctors are amazing! He checked me out and we set up everything for further care! I had a wisdom tooth that was broken and badly infected! Well last night I started having severe pain into the morning! I called them and asked if there was anything sooner they could do! They told me they could see about getting me a antibiotic to help with pain until next week to get my tooth pulled but I would have to come in and see the other doctor.. Scott Smith for him to give me any meds... so I went in they worked me into their schedule and he seen me and checked me out... after looking at my X-rays and tooth he asked if I wanted him to pull it today! I told him if he could, yes! He numbed me up... told me if I was patient enough to wait he would pull it! Remember as I say this he worked me into his schedule I was a walk in no appointment and he numbed me and pulled my broken wisdom tooth in just a matter of minutes I was relieved of that awful tooth! I am so thankful for him he didn’t have to and his staff didn’t have to but they took their time out of their busy schedules and took my concern and pain into their hands and helped me! I am so thankful to find this dentist office! I have never felt so excited to go to a dentist now and feel so comfortable with them! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for caring and Doctor Scott Smith for taking care of me today! You are all amazing!

I am one of the Doctors at this office so I will not be discussing my own work in this review as I feel that would be clearly biased. What I can review is how I feel about the fantastic staff who I serve with every day. Dr. Smith and the team of caring women at Comfort and Care dentistry deserve every praise I can give. I see this group of fantastic people make it their goal to heal our patients and to soothe the anxiety that so often surrounds a dental appointment. They love our patients and I feel a sense of awe at how lucky I am to be a part of such a wonderful group of people. I am truly grateful.

Haven’t even stepped foot in this place yet and I’m already impressed. I attempted to reschedule an appointment at a different local dentist and my new biannual appointment was going to be over 6 months out between them not being open on Fridays and my M-F work schedule, so it would have been over a year between cleanings. I simply wasn’t satisfied with that so I went to google. Comfort & Care has great reviews so I decided to give them a call to try to get an appointment hopefully by the end of the year. They gave me an appointment TWO DAYS from now. That’s marvelous! Looking forward to meeting these folks :) ETA: had my appointment and I’m still super impressed! Highly recommended!!!

I went to Comfort and Care knowing I needed to have a tooth pulled. I was so nervous and it caused my blood pressure to be high for the very first time in my whole life. (thats how terrified I was) Chrissy (not sure of spelling) and Dr. Naylor did an awesome job. I didn't feel any pain at all.
The staff here was very nice and I greatly appreciate them for taking my pain away on such very quick notice. (They were quick to get me in for an apt). I highly recommend coming here. Thank you so much.

ALL of the staff that I had the pleasure to meet were simply lovely people who both accepted my anxious nature and exercised compassion for my situation. The level of commitment to not only taking care of my teeth, but also to providing me with a caring and supportive environment, puts this office at the very top. The office is beautifully appointed, the staff dedicated more to the patient than their wallet, and the prompt attention and scheduling were all factore in why I will be moving my family of 7 to this location. I have always been fearful of dentists. When my son told me that they were very nice and he felt no stress I knew it was time to try them. My experience was excellent. I have been there 4 or 5 times now and I don't mind making another appointment with no apprehension at all. Thank you Comfort and Care Dentistry.

Excellent customer service! Everyone exceptional friendly and attentive from the receptionist to the hygenist to the dentist to the check out person. I was a patient years ago and recently switched back. Nothing but great care and experience! Highly recommend.

Dr. Smith did my crown, and I can tell you that he runs himself ragged to do the best job he can. This practice, being located in a rural area, gets a ton of walk-ins from people who are in pain, and he really goes the extra mile to try to see all these people and give them honest, fair diagnoses and excellent treatment. One day I was there, he worked through lunch to help someone. I was super impressed by how courteous and genuine he was. I have had an exam by Dr. Naylor as well, and he really took the time to explain my issues and all of the different treatment options that were available. I can honestly say that these two doctors are fantastic, as well as their staff. I will happily continue to see them and would recommend this practice to anyone.
